Natasha for the first time I was successful with making meringues. I had given up on Meringues decades ago! I have finally achieved success with your Mimi Pavlova u-tube video and recipe. Oh my gosh to die for so thank you so much. I did make my own caster sugar infused with vanilla but everything else was the same. "Wow" is an understatement. Anyone who tries these will love them and they are simple to make because you can see what needs to be done and how things should look.
We just made these! After making a French Pastry Cream with my little granddaughter(9yo), we had 6 egg whites left so I told her I would show her how to make meringues.... she saw your video and.... we have beautiful perfect pavlovas instead! Thank you for your recipe as well as your upbeat sparkly personality! You made it clear enough that a "been in the kitchen all her life" 9 year old could bake these herself. Looks like we will fill with diplomat cream topped with berries!
Made this today, followed the recipe to a T, only difference is that I added the sugar to the cream while beating it, sprinkled pistachio on top and put a caramel lace decoration for prettier pictures. It's amazing! The meringue is absolutely perfect, exactly what it should be, the sugar to whites ratio is spot on. Thank you for the recipe, Natasha, I'll definitely be making them again!
@@Natashaskitchen Indeed. In fact, they've inspired me to try my hand at a large, stacked Pavlova as a birthday cake. Would you happen to know how long I'd need to bake a 25cm diameter meringue? Thanks.
Made mine a little bigger so baked them for 30 min more and they came out perfectly! My first time making meringues and this recipe was soo easy to follow! thank you so muchh
My boyfriend really enjoyed these, he said they wererestaurant level perfect. I made a small batch of just 6 of these, with a rosewater and raspberry cream, topped with raspberry and pistachio really delicious
I love her recipes and easy to follow videos. I get the most compliments from others (when I use her recipes) and requests for a copy which I send people straight to her website. Great job Natasha! Also I love her goofy humor. 😂
Hello Natasha! I’m am living in Ukraine and during the war time I am cooking my first Pavlova dessert thanks to your video. Thank you for sharing this recipe ❤
Wow easy to make and a little ingredient to have, I'm from Philippines I amazed for your recipes easy to follow and you explained upon making we can take down to it, thanks for always sharing your recipes, have a nice day everyday keep safely. God Bless.
You are my favorite Kitchen Gal! Going to make these for my sisters Birthday which is the day after Valentines. Can’t wait. Stay healthy and happy, Natasha.
i really this recipe, I’m from Malaysia and tried a lot of pavlova recipes, but yours is still the best and i have never fail yet making this pavlova recipe, thanks for sharing 🥰❤️❤️
Beautiful Natasha I love the meringue with the chewy centre great presentation looks easy but I know to make them would not as easy thanks for sharing greetings to you from Dublin Patricia 🇮🇪
It’s so easy to make!! but i use less sugar and it’s still too sweet for my tastebud 😳😳 use less sugar for those who are not into super sweet desserts! goodluck
I've made these like 8x and I absolutely love it, thanks to your recipe! Except I mix my berries with a little brown sugar, lemon juice, and a touch of vanilla extract, it creates a syrup that makes it even more delectable.
Thank you I didn't know what PAVLOVA Dish was...it sounds delicious...and I guess you can bake those eggwhite-bowls in advance of any party you plan... :) I love those recipes...where you can prepare some of it..day's in advance..so as to not be stressed out...on the day you have guests over you want to spoil ;) THANK YOU AGAIN...
I DIDN'T know what to do after i made custard so I'm gonna make this recipe thanks i haven't made it yet but I'll update again thanks Update: I made them and they tasted amazing I really loved them but my family said they were too sweet for their taste and I left on in room temp for a day and it tasted so much better(in my opinion)
Hi Natasha! This is definitely a doable recipe, my mom bought sour cream so I am wondering what to do with it... 8 am doing your blueberry pie next ! I am so exited but instead of lemon juice I will try water! Or is that not a good idea. I have been a fan ever since I saw your cherry pie and chicken parmesan. I love your videos and the guacamole I just want to eat up. I am ten years old exploring baking!
I haven’t tried just using water personally, but I have seen other recipes online using vinegar so I assume it’s ok, but I haven’t tested it myself so I can not advise on the amount.
Hey there Im a great fan of pavies...after watchin you...Im goin to make it as much as I can til I can recall it off the cuff...you make it look too easy....but it is right?...all my thanks to you...much appreciated....love from the isles of Fiji.
I’m so excited to make these!! I had the most amazing pavlova at a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale (Evelyn’s at the Four Seasons) and fell in love! Theirs was a little larger than these and they hollowed out a bit of the inside to fill it with guava sherbet and topped it with passion fruit puree and thin mango slices! I was in heaven!! The flavors just paired so well. I have a question - can the lemon, vanilla and cornstarch be added at the end and blended for 5-10 seconds in the stand mixer or they have to folder in by hand? Just curious if it impacts the consistency or results. Thanks!
Love your pavlova making, you are so cute, happy and excited! I love making pavlovas, they're little adorable cakes that doesn't take all day to make. Happy baking!!
Hi I made these and they turned out great, but there was a little brown spots coloring on my pavlova. This is why watch out for your ovens temperature. Anyways if your pavlovas came out sticky. Let it rest in the oven (your oven is supposed to be opened slightly) for 5-8 hours. Thank you for sharing the recipe again.
After preparing them, can I store them in the fridge for a few hours? I'm having a summer birthday party, and this looks like a fantastic dessert to serve!
Thank you! We all loved it, and it was so easy to make. Loved the recipe
Thank you for such a nice review and for trying the recipe 😀👏🏻

Trying to make pavlovas for the first time :) so far so good. It’s in the oven now. That’s where I always mess up most recipes.
My pavlova came out goldish brown 🙈 why isn’t it white? And it smells very eggy

They can be kept at room temperature. When stored in an airtight container and placed in a cool, dry place, meringues can stay fresh for 2 weeks.
