I’m wondering if I’m having this problem right now🤔. I bought a bike just recently. She’s very old, but still a good looking bike. It’s a 2005 Road King Custom. It felt like I was losing power as I was riding to my kids school. As soon as I got into the parking lot, it just died on me. Before I could even back it into position. Came back outside to see if my bike would turn over and it did with no problems. I was nervous to ride home, but did it any ways. I told my wife that I did not enjoy my ride home, for the simple fact I kept waiting for something to happen. I made it home with no issues. I’m taking her in today to see what caused my bike to act like that. The first thing I thought, “am I low on oil🤔.” I guess I’ll find out later today once I get off work.
The inner camshaft change tensioner will wear well less than the outer if you have over 3000 of a camshaft run out on your motorcycle buying a different camshaft tensioner it’s not gonna change that situation with acid be done is work on lake Creek shaft and flywheels true that cam shaft soon keep your challenges under 3000s of an inch
The problem is, getting replacement cam tensioners from a company that stocks them + all of the gaskets and the special tool needed to do the job. ITS A PROBLEM. If anyone knows where one could acquire the part, post a link please.
Hello I have 2 breakout CVO 110 both suffer same issue , the misfire at acceleration when throttle is half way between 2000rpm to 3000rpm one of the both bike as been mapped it’s better but still not there. On that same bike I changed both injectors , fuel pump , spark plugs but it’s not fully fixed , is there anyone here think it could be coil , Ecm , stator pick up etc…. Thanks

What would you expect for service wear for the HARLEY-DAVIDSON hydraulic upgrade kit? 30,50,60,000?
