My first therapist told me something when I was 16 which was pretty hard to hear but over the years helped me immensely. She said (translated and paraphrased) that sometimes, when people were victims of abuse their whole live, they tend to behave like a victim, even with new people. Which can lead to those people acting the way our abusers acted before. It was really hard to hear, but i was able to recognize the truth in those words and use it to work hard on my mental health. I hope OP can recognize which characteristics she has that abusers find so enticing, and work on that. Just to clarify, I blame neither myself nor OP for any of the horrible things that happened, but want to stress the importance of recognizing certain behaviors that could attract abusers in the future to end the cicle.
