  • The health benefits of sesame seeds. [Subtitles]
After watching today's video you will understand why sesame seeds are so good for you. These small white seeds have some amazing nutritional health benefits, especially when it comes to balancing thyroid hormones and supplying minerals. These contain antioxidants in the form of Vitamin E, which is very helpful for fighting the effects of aging and protecting the skin.
    Sesame Seeds Uses?
You can use sesame seeds in delicious stir fries, added to salads, mashed into tahini, or used as a garnish for meats.
    How To Eat Sesame Seeds?
You can consume these raw, however we recommend sprouting them from the best effects. Soak them in waters for 4 hours and then drain. Allow them to germinate for 3-4 days and consume as they sprout. This makes their nutrients much more bioavailable.

Doubtful, healthy fats aren't usually stored as body fat. It is usually the sugars and refined carbohydrates that turn into body fat 🙏
