What is the best quality digestive enzyme supplement that you recommend?
Excellent video. With the exception of Krill oil, I am already taking these supplements. I'm a little worried about taking that much niacin, daily, but I guess I could gradually increase my intake until I start to notice the flushing effect.
Also I had this bottle of castor oil sitting around , unused, because I found it messy to apply topically before bed. So, now, I've started taking about a Tbsp. of castor oil, orally, before bedtime. We'll see how that helps. 😊

I'm still taking Zinc-L Carnosine. It helps a lot to protect my gut from strong HCL. But I will try these vitamins because I trusted your insights and recommendations👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐
I'll just say it this way , I took Betaine HCI, Zinc L Carnosine , DGL , Slippery Elm , Probiotics ,
and I haven't had acid reflux since June 3, 2024.
I still take these B complex , D3/K2 , probiotics , "vit E" , Selenium , and a few others daily .

why marine collagen? I take bovine or should you take both?
Bovine is absolutely fine for boosting collagen as well. It's a matter of preference, some people say bovine is better, others marine. I think since they both contain type I collagen, you can't go wrong. 💚
What about k2+d3?
D3 and K2 would also have positive benefits on lowering inflammation throughout the body, and helping to keep the immune system up etc. I'm focusing primarily on things that quickly improve appearance in this video. 💚

Bovine collagen doesn’t taste fishy, and dissolves quicker, especially in hot water.
I like Bovine collagen too. It's still a great option, it's just the marine collagen is slightly more bioavailable for skin. 💚

I recommend getting REAL Vitamin C from a whole fruit powder like acerola cherry, camu camu or rose hips. Your regular 500mg ascorbic acid only contains 5% of the true Vitamin C complex. 💚
Do grass fed beef collagen or the marine that's much better and true vitamin c but make sure using some calcium .

Nice! Are niacinamide substitute of niacin?
Niacinimide has health properties, but it's not as good as the regular niacin because it doesn't create the flushing effect. You want that flushing effect, as it means the blood is flowing better through the body. 💚

Plant collagen has much less bioavailability than bovine or marine collagen unfortunately. 💚

Not at all, you can start with just the collagen for a week or two. It all depends on what exactly you are trying to get out of these supplements. I have more information on most of them in other videos.

I like it, they are very bioavailable sources of omega 3-s. 💚
While these vitamins will help many aspects of ones well-being, the anti-aging quality of these supplements won't accomplish the task 'instantly', but applied to one's healthcare regime, they will help over time.
