      Thank you for uploading the tournament highlights. The IJF tries to make us pay 100 bucks a year for seeing this. Your content is much appreciated :)

      @@dijks350 It's good live. I think the app works well as they juggle like 3 different mats at the same time. It's a way better viewing experience than it was years ago.

      @@JudoHighlights2015 I agree that the user experience has definitely improved. I like that you can also view the different angles on the mats. But paying that much isn't worth it to me though. Glad to have you haha

    It can't really be seen on the videos but Grigalashvili is extremely strong. I fought him at the U18 European Championships, when he grips up you can feel the power. He's a really versatile judoka, but I think executing all of those techniques is only possible because of how strong he is. Best judoka at u81 for sure at the moment!

      Pretty sure its very obvious that he's extremely strong 😂

      @@neilsimpson3359 I dunno. His technique is so good I don't really notice it. People who I think are extremely strong are like Korrel or Gvinashvili.

    • @timurnakhipov2399
      @timurnakhipov2399 ปีที่แล้ว

      Georgian judo is most boring to watch, same old throw that requires more physical power than technique. Boring and absolutely nothing to learn.

    • @M4A1MG42
      @M4A1MG42 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@timurnakhipov2399 I'm no expert, but to do any technique with consistent success seems like it'd require a fair amount of skill to pull off. Also, to be able to dominate the close-in positional fights on such a regular basis is noteworthy in and of itself imo. Everyone has their own preferences for sure, but they clearly are doing something right with the track record they have.

    • @timurnakhipov2399
      @timurnakhipov2399 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@M4A1MG42 its a free wrestling that is very popular in that region. That is exactly why you are no longer can attack legs with hands. It was boring to watch and got nothing to do with principals of judo. It was all about power of a wrestler. Is it effective, yes undoubtedly. Is it judo and fun to watch, hell no. Everyone knows what it will be about: hug > lift > throw the same way they do it for decades in wrestling and in judo. Boring

    What's with all these waza-aris that should have been called ippons? I think the judging has been awful lately, not good for the sport at all.
