The most talented Grand Admiral. There is no doubt that the Empire would have fared better under his leadership than under Palpatine's. He treated his men well, respected the importance of technology to give one the edge and focused his efforts into producing practical results rather than symbolic wastes. One lore correction, his flagship that he toured the Outer Rim with Palpatine in was the 'Predominant' not 'Prominent. (Slight edit though, the title has a spelling error, it should be spelled "defied"
Zaarin should've worked with the Rebellion. Imagine his fleet on Endor equipped with TIE Defenders fighting alongside the Rebel fleet. That would've been a lopsided slaughter in favor of the Alliance.
@@ImperialsExplained I can imagine an alternate scenario where Zaarin and his fleet continue to operate after the Battle of Endor, he works with the New Republic as a member of its military, but he's still an authoritarian, he "owns" his local senator, and he runs his neck of the woods very much like an Imperial state, complete with him still wearing a Grand Admiral's uniform. And the NR would just look the other way because he's "their" snake and he sells TIE Defenders to the NR government.
