- Today I took my Turbo Ford Falcon XR6 to Real Dyno Performance ( / dynomustang ) to retune my Barra Turbo with a Precision 6235 on E85 Fuel. More than stoked with the numbers produced by Lee with the PCMTech Software! What a machine!

Tbh. I’m getting really over these comments saying I’m going to kill myself and that I can’t drive this car. I don’t want those type of people to watch my video. I watched a good mate of mine on the same power wrap himself around a pole, and that was where the turbo came from. It’s not that I can’t drive it, is that I have seen what happens when you do shit on the streets, and I’m not that type of bloke to advertise that. For a first drive, that’s enough for me, give me a few months to work on the traction, to learn the car and to get to a few track days. Then start running your mouths ✌️

Have you replaced the tailshaft, oil pump gears or fitted a surge tank? I feel like you skipped a few supporting mods chasing HP. Hope it doesn't end in tears like it has for plenty of others.
Let the fella live, car is daily driven and the only time it's driven hard is on the straights of qr or lakeside. The amount of times I've been in the car with Zac shows me that he's responsible enough to handle something like this without being a dickhead, he works hard for his shit and obviously doesn't want to plow money into replacing broken pieces. He'll respect it and has parts on the way, these comments are getting long in the tooth.
@@steeley_ Its a common thing with XR6 Turbos' - When you're pushing more than 300rwkw without the basics you'll be in for trouble long term. Nothing to do with hanging shit on him.
@@RicksWorld91 I don't think it's hanging shit on him either but I swear this shit is commented at least 5-8 times a video. Zac knocks around with gene Rhodes who is notoriously well versed on engines so I'm sure hes receiving sound advice, not all of us are made of money.
@@steeley_ anyone can make that power cheapish but keeping it alive there is another thing. 460kw and no pump gears, do you know how easy it is to smack limiter with shit tyres at that power luck of the draw and you may only need 1 bounce before it goes boom. Surge tank again just more security especially if you're far from a e85 servo and running low. Not hanging shit but very common way to kill them at that power

Ive been enjoying a built car on e85 for a while and i need to constantly remind myself to give it respect, if I'm tired or anxious I don't take it out and if i do a pull it's away from anyone. Running big hp, it's another world you need to ease in to.

Zac I am subbed to ross reviews. Since you guys teamed up I been watching on and off your progress. And I watched this all excited for you.. and then saw the Pinned comment. I just couldn’t say nothing. Fuck what people think. When you wrap the car around a tree are they going to cover your insurance? When you are in hospital, they going to cover your medical bills? Fuck them its your first drive and you are learning the car. I have a 2016 VF ClubSport with a Harrop 2650 blower.. I legit drive it like an old man. I have people that need me. I cant afford to fix if I break it.. or worse kill myself or someone else.. Anyway its not often I comment and if you see this.. Just know none of them have any idea how hard TH-cam creation is and the stress of week to week. Video to video. Hours and hours of work… keep doing you brother.. enjoy the great HP increase, great XR6 turbo.. and that’s coming from a holden Guy…😊

I drive an na v8 with good power cam/ported heads, but I can't see the point of a high power turbo car on the street every time boost comes on he lets off whats the point unless its a track car? Like I love the channel and the content I mean if I was a few years younger I would be doing the same thing just speaking from experience. Keep the content coming no hate 🤟

Just a quick suggestion. Maybe it might be time to invest in some half decent rubber and a brake upgrade.

TaffPlays no he doesn’t, he has upgraded EBC pads with vmaxx J hook rotors and territory rear calipers and rotors. Pushing almost 500rwkw I would IMO be looking at a minimum 4 pot front brembos.

It is not making close to 500rwkw. It would probably be closer to 400rwkw. Hub dyno so higher power reading vs. rear wheel kilowatts on a roller dyno. No wheel and tyre mass to accelerate and no rolling resistance, both of which reduce the actual power figure. A hub dyno removes those losses.
hortz6 I understand that but IMO making sure your car can safely handle that power level would be my first concern I.e braking, fuelling, engine internals. It’s all well and good to chase hp but make sure you have the stopping power to match the go. Just my opinion

Yes I agree, brake, suspension, and other reliability upgrades are a smart move at this point. Decent semi slick are also a step in the right direction. Learning how the car performs at the current power and gaining experience in a controlled environment should be on his list too.
Good stuff man! Reading the comments coming from a fellow 600hp owner I’ve driven lots of high powered cars so it’s butter to me. But you do need to learn to control etc your still very unsure about it, if your gonna blow money to make big figures you need to learn how to handle it good luck !

You don’t have an internal gate period. You have an external gate that can be plumbed in (which it is currently) or vent to atmosphere!(screamer)

Awesome car , makes me wonder though for the average guy who drives car daily its an overkill.gotta factor in boxes and drive line work at that power. Mate went from 320 at wheels driveline stock to 420 at wheels and needing a zf built, tail shaft, and drive shafts at a total of nearly 10k, reliable power costs a lot more than just bigger turbo and tune, overall though well done mate 👏
