Am a scrap dealer and I want to buy the vessel for scrap,who is the most person to be consulted,Is KRA or the agent.....plz, let me know,have been following the 2 vessels only to get stories from different pllz,
best advice, go to Malindi and ask the locals. They told me its owned by a foreign company
