    I’ve been overweight since I was a teenager, I’m 43 now. About a year ago I did a huge change to my diet and cut out about 95% of the processed grains and sugars I’d been consuming and about 2 months ago I started doing these workouts and for literally the first time in my life I can see definition in my abs. It’s never too late to get in shape, if I can do it so can you.

      I'm 44 and have a six pack after being pot belly most my life as u cut out the sugar coffee sweeters started using blue agave instead no bread no processed food all raw organic keep going brother health is wealth

    I first saw this ab workout back in the summer of 2023, back then I LITERALLY had no abs,i was just started with my fitness journey and my whole belly was just belly fat, I’ve now been doing this workout that not only burned soo much belly fat,but also gave me rock hard abs, thank you soo much for this workout I will be doing it for the rest of my life

    I love this video. Your descriptions are so honest and easy to follow, makes me feel like I actually know what I’m doing. “Just elevate the weight and do cruches!” Pretty simple. Other workout vids make me feel like I’m doing it wrong and I get discouraged. Great vid 👍

    I just stumbled across your channel and have to say I'm liking these 10 min AB workouts. I've been trying to get rid of my lower belly fat and it's just not happening. So giving your workouts a try. I like that you move at a good pace which gives me the chance to catch my breath and perfect my form so I don't hurt myself. Thanks for your vids.

    I love how you mentioned a good diet. So many people think they can just spot reduce fat and eat whatever they want. Not true! While you can strengthen your core with these workouts, if you are eating mostly garbage, you're not going to see any results! You have to get rid of that layer of fat that's hiding your abdominal muscles. That's where a proper, healthy diet, a caloric deficit, and cardio come in!

    I did this workout early this morning. I've lost 25 pounds since I started my journey to healthy. I'm 45 & have been exercising at the gym 4 days a week since June 2023.     So far, the abdominal exercises have been largely omitted, and therefore the rest did not go as well as they should have, with heavier weights. I'm glad I found your channel. This exercise was included in the weekly training plan. My stomach feels really good, but at the same time a little tired. I subscribed! Keep it up!
