Thank you again. Front and back wheels off for tire change.

You don't have to take off the abs sensor and caliper, the whole assembly comes off when you remove the axle

Ouch, painful to watch but we learn from our mistakes (myself included). I do appreciate your do-it-yourself attitude though and also the quality of your video, nice.
Kerosine on the sprocket when it is off the wheel perhaps. WD40 on a cloth works very well for decontaminating the sprocket without the messy clean-up.

Yea I striped my sprocket bolts thanks to Yahama's service manual specs. Ended up replacing all of the nuts and bolts then using red locktite on the studs inside the hub so they wouldn't back out when taking the nuts off next sprocket change

I'm not sure why you would unbolt the sprocket, except maybe to clean or replace it. Nice looking house and garage btw...

chuckasaki I'm just not used to chain driven bikes and I thought it would make the tire change easier.

I'm new to the FJ-09, just got a used 15 two weeks ago. Had a 15 FZ-07 before this. Before that a string of Hondas. I'm finding Yamaha torque specs to be very high. That axle nut, keep putting it on at 108 lb.ft. and it won't come off without stripping the axle. That nut will be fine at 70 lb.ft. it's going nowhere. Just has to squeeze the swingarm against the spacers and preload the wheel bearings. You already know about the sprocket nuts. I'd put those at 40, maybe less.
Don't torque your drain bolt to 31lb.ft. either. Lost of stripped oil pans out there. 15 and it's not going anywhere. GOT to realize it's a steel bolt going into cast aluminum.
These torques HAVE to be specified by Yamaha lawyers.

Why removing brakes??? You did not need to for a sprocket - chain clean or change
