Yep. Mine does. Can't use high beams anymore. I'm about to take it back out.

Is the brake pedal pressed? It looks like it's enraged and will hit the speaker when disengaged.

It's not pressed & doesn't get in the way of the brake pedal at all!

I just purchased these, thank you for the video. Quick question though; are the panels not attached to the truck in any way? They just stay put without screws, rivets, etc?

mine stayed in place pretty well without mounting screws, but if you have troubles with yours you can use the vent arm mounting location & hardware and then just attach the arm to kick panel speaker.
