    Video: In this video I’ll tell you if cranberry juice is good for high blood pressure and why. Lets get right to it, I love drinks that lower blood pressure and while cranberry juice may not come up often, I’ll give you reasons why it’s good for high blood pressure.
    The first reason is its been shown to lower BP in studies and I’ve left the links to them below. In one study men who drank cranberry juice for 8 weeks lowered their systolic blood pressure and in a second study 56 people who drank cranberry juice lowered their diastolic pressure after 2 months. In a 3rd study after drinking 2 cups of cranberry juice for 8 weeks bp reduced from 132/82.4 to 125.4/81.4. So what makes cranberry juice so effective, one reason is in one serving it contains 24% of the daily recommendation of vitamin c. Researchers at John Hopkins Medicine found that people with high bp who supplemented with vitamin C lowered it by 5 mmHg.
