If dispatch would've sent officers when he was trying to break into another girls apartment when she called, that girl would still be alive.
I thought cops had ice water in their veins. When you have a child of your own things change.
That is shortsighted thinking where only cops with children can feel sadness or have emotions.
Saying all cops are bad is as dumb as saying all teenagers are bad, or all the people arrested are bad. There's good & bad in every group & race of people. Many cops are heroes who do lots of good, save & protect many people,& risk their lives willingly for others. They're filmed doing it almost every day, so it's no myth or hype. This hating & bashing everyone needs to stop. We have to try to care about each other, & stop tearing our country apart.
I misjudged this sgt because he was searching for the murder victim even on his own time. However, this police department policies and regulations to handle this case as a missing person/runaway is really messed up. 70 months later, Susana Morales ' remains were discovered 7 months later.
She would've probably been on her way to college in a couple of months. Rest In Power Ms. Moralles.🙏🏾

@LordHaveMurcielago unfortunately for Susana Morales, she was a random victim. However, if both police departments had taken the victim who was stalked by the ex-officer, she would be alive. The 911 operators didn't take the stalking victim seriously and didn't send the police.
I be believe he SA’ED her before he UNALIVED her because she was found without clothing
only reason to take clothing off a victim is to attempt to hide DNA
