      he probably didn’t get any sleep. in most jails i’ve been to they wake you up around midnight and take you to the holding cells with the new people that are coming in, usually loud af and they don’t transport you until 6/7 am. shit sucksss

      The defense attorney has a legal responsibility to defend his client to the fullest. It’s legit grounds for an appeal if it can be proven he failed to do so.Witness credibility is generally always going to be questioned convict or not.

    This was the best witness they had, outside of law enforcement! His demeanor, his believability and well spoken! Much better than other witnesses that weren’t in jail.

    You can be serving time or on probation and still want to do the right thing concerning someone else’s case who is charged with murder. Yes he has a rough past but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad person now.

    This man came off as super credible with nothing to gain. He gets out in a year that’s nothing! They read his history which is only theft and burglary! Some criminals draw the line at the murder of a child! He did a great job on the stand and I believe every word he said! He remained calm and clear for prosecution and defense!

    They cannot have him testify unless he knew information about the crime that the public was unaware of and only the killer knew! So, the cop who MURDERED AND RAPED A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL was in jail and was scared and nervous. He decided to ask and talk to other inmates about his crime. That's why this inmate is testifying! Whatever this inmate did, May God Bless him and have Mercy on his Soul! You people are really ignorant!

      Addicts are real people, often with mental health issues. I am one too and I haven't seen the inside of a jail cell. It all comes down to luck and privilege.

    The fact that the video refers to him as "the inmate" and made him testify in a prison uniform is degrading. He is a human being and he is doing a righteous thing here, he deserves respect for what he's doing regardless of the reason why, because it helped put a child murderer away.       it's not hearsay if he told it to him. since myles directly said those things to the man about himself, its not hearsay. if myles said "the police said this about my case" and he would say "myles said the police told him" THAT is hearsay. but since thats not the way its worded, it cant be hearsay

    Defense attorneys get a bad rap but they are necessary. If you are accusing someone of something then they have a right to defend themselves. One thing about this guy she is showing this guy has a record too. It's up to the jury to decide whether he is credible or not. I get mad at them myself but they are necessary.
