[Intro Music] Upbeat Cajun music playing in the background with visuals of the Louisiana bayou and some sizzling food on the grill. [Opening Shot] [Camera pans to Stalekracker in his usual cooking spot by the bayou] Stalekracker, wearing his signature sunglasses and Cajun-style hat, waves at the camera. Stalekracker: “Woooo, what’s crackin’, y’all? It’s ya boy Stalekracker comin’ at ya with another fire Cajun cookin’ session! But before we get started, let’s talk about the elephant in the room, dawlin’. There’s been some talk out there about me and some off-duty time on the water. I’m gonna address it, but first, let’s get some food going-'cause ain’t nothin’ a good meal can’t fix, cher!” [Transition to Cooking] Close-up shot of the ingredients laid out: fresh shrimp, andouille sausage, garlic, onions, bell peppers, rice, and spices. Stalekracker: “Now, we got ourselves a good ol’ Louisiana shrimp and sausage jambalaya comin’ up! This here is comfort food, straight from the heart of the bayou.” [Step 1: Prep the Ingredients] Stalekracker starts chopping onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Stalekracker: “While we chop these veggies, let me tell y’all somethin’. Life ain’t always as smooth as a crawfish boil on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes, you hit a bump in the road-or in my case, a little trouble on the water. But just like cookin’ this jambalaya, you take it step by step, add a little spice, and keep stirrin’ the pot.” [Step 2: Sauté the Veggies and Sausage] Stalekracker tosses the veggies into a hot pot, followed by the sliced andouille sausage. Stalekracker: “Get that sausage sizzlin’ nice and slow, just like we simmer down those tough times, cher. You gotta let the flavors meld together, ‘cause that’s how you make somethin’ real good.” [Addressing the Situation] The camera zooms in on Stalekracker as he adds the shrimp to the pot. Stalekracker: “Now, I know y’all heard the rumors. Here’s the truth-life got a little wild, and some things happened that I’m not proud of. But I’m workin’ through it, takin’ responsibility, and makin’ sure I do right by everyone involved. That’s what we do down here-we own up, we fix it, and we keep movin’ forward.” [Step 3: Add the Rice and Spices] Stalekracker adds rice to the pot, followed by a generous amount of Cajun seasoning. Stalekracker: “This right here is the heart of the dish, just like takin’ care of your own is the heart of life. You gotta season it just right, not too much, not too little-just enough to bring out the best.” [Step 4: Let It Simmer] Stalekracker covers the pot and lowers the heat, letting the jambalaya simmer. Stalekracker: “Now we let it simmer, give it time, and let all those flavors come together. Just like I’m doin’ with my life right now, cher-takin’ some time to get things right.” [Final Reveal] Stalekracker lifts the lid, revealing a perfectly cooked jambalaya. The camera captures the steam rising and the rich, colorful dish. Stalekracker: “And there you have it, folks-a dish that’s as rich as the bayou and as satisfying as a day of fishin’. Life may throw you a curveball, but you gotta keep stirrin’ that pot, keep addin’ the right ingredients, and make sure the end result is somethin’ you can be proud of.” [Closing] Stalekracker scoops a plate of jambalaya and takes a big bite, savoring the flavors. Stalekracker: “Mmmm, now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! Thanks for stickin’ with me, y’all. Remember, life’s like a good Cajun dish-sometimes a little spicy, sometimes a little messy, but always worth the effort. Until next time, keep it crispy, keep it cracklin’, and keep it Cajun!” [Outro Music] More upbeat Cajun music as the screen fades out with Stalekracker waving goodbye. Text on screen: "Like, Comment, and Subscribe for More Cajun Cookin’ with Stalekracker!"

“Chiasson and a man named Bryan Nolan were joyriding on Bayou Magazille in July. Nolan was behind the wheel when their boat collided with another around 9 p.m. Nolan left the scene with Chiasson without phoning for help. The two were later stopped together in Assumption Parish Wildlife agents charged Nolan with first-degree vehicular negligent injury, careless operation of a vessel, operating or driving a vessel while impaired (DWI), and hit and run involving a vessel. Chiasson did not face criminal charges.” From a purely medical standpoint (and I am a physician), If he was injured, there’s no telling the severity of the injury at the scene of the crash and it’s entirely possible that they left to seek medical attention based on a presumption of injury at the time. Also interesting how the news media coverage doesn’t go into who actually had the right of way. From a purely legal standpoint, the Louisiana State Supreme Court has ruled that lie detector tests are not admissible in court so it really doesn’t even matter if he failed.
The way I see it he is being held accountable for something he didn’t do he wasn’t driving the boat and it was his friend boat so the one that should be held accountable is his friend ..if I’m in a car with a friend and the car happens to be my friends car and I’m the passenger and my friend crashes his own car how is that my fault why would I be held accountable for someone else’s actions ….give the man his job back .
I’m going to stir up a hornet’s nest and this was probably already mentioned in one of the 1.9K comments, but.. The boat accident looks like property damage in excess of $500 occurred. Whether this guy was driving or a passenger, this should have been reported to law enforcement (State, county, or LDWF) in accordance with Louisiana law.

Dude he makes tons of money doing his gig on the side, I’m sure him and his fam or good 😂
What's your favorite boot flavor?
I say much respect to everybody.
He’s a scumbag

No ma’am you most definitely are guilty you are not supposed to drive drunk on a boat on anything motored that’s Boating while intoxicated.
And a crime.
Hit and run is a separate crime !
He sit down said he was let go for policy but he was let go for lying and for several other crimes but he wasn’t charged so they let him off easy on that.
I get that he was swat and had a long career but one mistake can change your life as well as others think before you drink and drive or boat !
Regardless. he wasn't driving the boat, the other guy was. He lied to protect his friend by not reporting his friend. Now in January 2024 after threat of lawsuit by him, they decided to reinstate him to LSP and instead give him 240 hr unpaid suspension for his poor decision making during the incident.
He was properly hydrated lol
So who’s to say the “victims” weren’t inebriated? As it has already been stated this is one side of the story.
They didn't hit anyone or leave so what's that matter 🤦🏾♂️. That was the dumbest shit I've heard
Well if they didn't take off then there would be a report and we would have 2 sides of the story. Since they hauled ass, we don't. Wonder why they did that?? 🤔
@@TheSteve2305 wasn't his boat nor was he driving, try again
@@Mariem090 he still helped load the boat and got in the truck with his friend and hauled tail down the highway. He could have stayed at the dock and said you hit those people. I can't be part of that. If you want to leave go. But I'mma wait here at the dock for marine patrol. I can't risk my career over this. Those people maybe hurt. You were driving so I couldn't control leaving then. But I can't be a accessory to this.
It seems a kid was hurt since the didn't name the person injured with adults they usually name the injured or killed. So any cops who can hit a family with a boat full of kids and have 0 disregard if they are injured or need help. I don't want in my state. And glad they are gone.
Things happen had they owned up to it and said I messed took the charge and not hauled butt and tried to run and cover it up. And helped the hurt and took what happened. People mess up I'd support them being on the force still. It's the lack of character and regard for life. Cops are supposed to be a higher standard of moral character then what happened here. The lady was right had she been drunk hit the cops and Injured a cop and ran got the boat out the water and hauled tail down the highway. She wouldnt have made it miles from the dock before being surrounded guns drawn.

Who? The linebacker in the gray shirt and wig?
@@G_money357 🤣🤣🤣yep
But he wasn’t driving the boat. I was told that the boat that Karen was on was being operated by an intoxicated individual. I’m told it wasn’t until she figured out it was the famous StaleKracker honkey biscuit that she made an issue of it. It was more or less “hey you are drunk and so are we, but nobody is hurt so let’s go our separate ways” kinda deals in the beginning.
Put dat boat on a kracker dude!!!

@bobeofoshoo except it wasn't his boat or even the one driving at the time of the accident. Her interview and the whole news report were centered on stalekracker. He was just a passenger on the boat and gave a false statement. It wasn't till the very end they even mentioned that his friend was the one driving the boat and had an upcoming court date.
@@bobeofoshooyou loser. See that's the point. You said you'd sue not knowing anything. He was not in control of the boat. So why sue him? Why does he lose his career? The driver off the boat was county jail clothing obviously.

[Intro Music]
Upbeat Cajun music playing in the background with visuals of the Louisiana bayou and some sizzling food on the grill.
[Opening Shot]
[Camera pans to Stalekracker in his usual cooking spot by the bayou]
Stalekracker, wearing his signature sunglasses and Cajun-style hat, waves at the camera.
Stalekracker:
“Woooo, what’s crackin’, y’all? It’s ya boy Stalekracker comin’ at ya with another fire Cajun cookin’ session! But before we get started, let’s talk about the elephant in the room, dawlin’. There’s been some talk out there about me and some off-duty time on the water. I’m gonna address it, but first, let’s get some food going-'cause ain’t nothin’ a good meal can’t fix, cher!”
[Transition to Cooking]
Close-up shot of the ingredients laid out: fresh shrimp, andouille sausage, garlic, onions, bell peppers, rice, and spices.
Stalekracker:
“Now, we got ourselves a good ol’ Louisiana shrimp and sausage jambalaya comin’ up! This here is comfort food, straight from the heart of the bayou.”
[Step 1: Prep the Ingredients]
Stalekracker starts chopping onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
Stalekracker:
“While we chop these veggies, let me tell y’all somethin’. Life ain’t always as smooth as a crawfish boil on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes, you hit a bump in the road-or in my case, a little trouble on the water. But just like cookin’ this jambalaya, you take it step by step, add a little spice, and keep stirrin’ the pot.”
[Step 2: Sauté the Veggies and Sausage]
Stalekracker tosses the veggies into a hot pot, followed by the sliced andouille sausage.
Stalekracker:
“Get that sausage sizzlin’ nice and slow, just like we simmer down those tough times, cher. You gotta let the flavors meld together, ‘cause that’s how you make somethin’ real good.”
[Addressing the Situation]
The camera zooms in on Stalekracker as he adds the shrimp to the pot.
Stalekracker:
“Now, I know y’all heard the rumors. Here’s the truth-life got a little wild, and some things happened that I’m not proud of. But I’m workin’ through it, takin’ responsibility, and makin’ sure I do right by everyone involved. That’s what we do down here-we own up, we fix it, and we keep movin’ forward.”
[Step 3: Add the Rice and Spices]
Stalekracker adds rice to the pot, followed by a generous amount of Cajun seasoning.
Stalekracker:
“This right here is the heart of the dish, just like takin’ care of your own is the heart of life. You gotta season it just right, not too much, not too little-just enough to bring out the best.”
[Step 4: Let It Simmer]
Stalekracker covers the pot and lowers the heat, letting the jambalaya simmer.
Stalekracker:
“Now we let it simmer, give it time, and let all those flavors come together. Just like I’m doin’ with my life right now, cher-takin’ some time to get things right.”
[Final Reveal]
Stalekracker lifts the lid, revealing a perfectly cooked jambalaya. The camera captures the steam rising and the rich, colorful dish.
Stalekracker:
“And there you have it, folks-a dish that’s as rich as the bayou and as satisfying as a day of fishin’. Life may throw you a curveball, but you gotta keep stirrin’ that pot, keep addin’ the right ingredients, and make sure the end result is somethin’ you can be proud of.”
[Closing]
Stalekracker scoops a plate of jambalaya and takes a big bite, savoring the flavors.
Stalekracker:
“Mmmm, now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! Thanks for stickin’ with me, y’all. Remember, life’s like a good Cajun dish-sometimes a little spicy, sometimes a little messy, but always worth the effort. Until next time, keep it crispy, keep it cracklin’, and keep it Cajun!”
[Outro Music]
More upbeat Cajun music as the screen fades out with Stalekracker waving goodbye.
Text on screen: "Like, Comment, and Subscribe for More Cajun Cookin’ with Stalekracker!"
Looking forward to him winning his appeal and being back on the force makin MONEY DOOOOD!!!
I don’t get why they said she HAD to get HER insurance company to fix HER boat? Isn’t that the way insurance works?
He ain't got nothing to worry about. I still support his shows.
But what if he wasn't a cracker? Would you look at the situation differently? Would that be money?
Went from state trooper to social media sensation making a livin off of cookin some badass food? I’d say he won
She got the holy trinity! Hit,run, hide
Did you see her arms?
He got his job back and was given a pay-out for wrongful termination and has since retired after 20 years of service.
I hope that is true! No matter, I found Cajun 2 Step at my local Walmart, bought both the OG and Fire :)
If I am being honest about this situation based I know of him from his videos…. She was probably being a fool so he hit her wit dat gator drool

“Chiasson and a man named Bryan Nolan were joyriding on Bayou Magazille in July. Nolan was behind the wheel when their boat collided with another around 9 p.m.
Nolan left the scene with Chiasson without phoning for help. The two were later stopped together in Assumption Parish
Wildlife agents charged Nolan with first-degree vehicular negligent injury, careless operation of a vessel, operating or driving a vessel while impaired (DWI), and hit and run involving a vessel.
Chiasson did not face criminal charges.”
From a purely medical standpoint (and I am a physician), If he was injured, there’s no telling the severity of the injury at the scene of the crash and it’s entirely possible that they left to seek medical attention based on a presumption of injury at the time. Also interesting how the news media coverage doesn’t go into who actually had the right of way.
From a purely legal standpoint, the Louisiana State Supreme Court has ruled that lie detector tests are not admissible in court so it really doesn’t even matter if he failed.
Yep. And perhaps he had an diagnosed concussion that impaired his judgment.
Shame. Hopefully they can mutually resolve this.
