I believe this inmate because he went to court before talking to DA. Also only the murder would know there no DNA to link themselves to the young girl. This sicko was also a stalker bugging a girl that had a boyfriend, he’s on ring camera.
Praise to the inmate for not taking a plea in place of testifying against that monster.

It’s different when it’s protective custody because everyone is a dog compared to General Population. That’s where street code is very valued.

He denied the plea and any other deals. He wanted nothing out of this testimony.
