I am 5ft 10in male 19stone 1pounds.spinning bike and mountain biking on the cycle path s. Reiki master qigong, falun gong for over 20 years. 53years. Online member only. I use cronometer. Walking distance.
I’m going from Sw to ww starting ww tonight but I’m worried I’m not going to take to it, just need a change from Sw. I have a lot to loose so I suppose any change will help
Hi Gemma, I followed WW years ago when points from exercise counted towards your total point allowance. Is that not the case anymore? What are the fit points for? Do they count for anything? Thanks x

Yes you can eat them I just choose not to as I get enough really ❤️ xxx
