I've lost 20lb and have enjoined the fact I can eat what I want but just count it. I'm like you- good for do long, have what I want , get a bit bored then start again pointing as I should. Hiya what’s your sugar intake a day . Has you know food with added sugar causes ya to have diabetes and high blood pressure. Cutting out sugar is. Much better for our body and mind keeps dementia at bay too which is good x
Great video thank you 👌 I've been on ww since May and lost 2st so far I take it slow and have had days off eating cakes and chocolate in bulk 😚 I don't exercise due to pain so all in all I'm very happy with ww 💕💕
