    This is so great!! This is how I helped my mom to get off her diabetes medication. Her A1C went from 14+ to a 5!! Doctors determined she no longer needs metformin or any other diabetes medication. I'd been a little bit nervous hoping I was helping and not hurting her somehow. I didn't know of all these studies but we did it!! Feels great listening to all this 🎉🎉

      Me too. The need for basics is super important. He always asks great questions but I'm also thoroughly perplexed. I've watched at least 30 of his shows on nutrition and they've covered every item in this video yet he's reacting like he's never heard any of it before. Shawn is a friend so you know they've covered a lot of these topics in private. I would say he's doing it for the viewers but his confusion and surprise seem legit. And normally he's jotting notes to the point of distraction but he's not this time. Great info but a really bazaar day watching Lewis. haha🤔

    • @Ritalie
      @Ritalie 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      What's really crazy, is that plants are poisonous to the Human digestive system. Our endocrine and hormone system, digestive system, and our brain, are designed to run primarily on saturated animal fat. Even plant oils and plant fats are extremely toxic to Humans. So, as unfortunate as it is, Veganism is a Psyop, designed to kill people. If a Human stops eating plants, completely, and only uses plants in moderation, and only for their medicinal properties, all our health problems cease to exist and our body becomes absolutely fit beyond our wildest imagination, and we also don't require as much sleep. By avoiding plants, we prevent heavy metal toxicity, because plants do not contain any Carnosine and without Carnosine we cannot chelate heavy metals out of our cells. Dark green plants contain extremely dangerous Oxalic Acid compounds (oxalates) which forms painful crystals in the body over time and can even form on the walls of a woman's private parts, causing immense pain. Or kidney stones or brain crystalization, or crystals in the joints. When a person stops eating plants, sharp crystals begin to come out in their urine and can even come out of their eyes, as glassy shards. We are not meant to eat dark green plants and if you're eating Spinach and Kale, you're putting your life at risk from Oxalate crystal damage.

    • @Ritalie
      @Ritalie 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Plants contain no Vitamin A, K2, B12, Heme Iron, and no CLA, DHA, Carnosine, Creatine, Taurine. Without these critically important nutrients our brain begins to break down, we become less and less emotionally stable, and we also slowly develop heavy metal poisoning, cavities (from a lack of K2) and our skin and overall health will begin to degrade.

    • @Ritalie
      @Ritalie 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Real quick, before someone gets angry at my "anti-vegan" comments. Let me just say, I am a Starseed, and I've spent my life studying nutrition and health. And in 2018, the animal collective gave me several very important downloads about the Vegan Psyop. The animals indicated to me that they know Humans love them very much, and they want Humans to use animals in any way we need to, in order to win this battle against the dark controllers. The animals explained that if they don't help Humans to be strong now, the Earth could be destroyed, along with all the animals on Earth, by the evil non-Human force that is trying to take possession of the Earth at this time. This is a war and it's not the appropriate time to stop eating animal products, until we reach freedom and can create safe laboratory foods. Vegan foods contain zero nutrition and are dangerous at this time. Once we are free, we can have access to new technology. But first we need to win this war against the Dark Controllers.

    When he said, "your liver is made up from what you eat" it changed my life. I tossed out all the junk food first. Then when I went to eat some white bread from yesterday's restaurant plate brought home, I thought "how can my body make a liver from white bread?" and tossed that too. I know people who drink too much and have so much anger, I totally care about my liver.

    Great content fellas, lot's I didn't know. I'm a retired/disabled US Navy Veteran, had seen enough back in the states, and had enough of winters by 2009. Sold my ranch back in Idaho and moved to the Philippines on the insistent recommendations of my buddies living here already. Turned out to be a great decision and never went back to the US. My lovely wife and I have a perpetual food garden in the yard around the house with a plethora of nutrient dense organically grown leafy greens, tropical fruits, etc. I'm eating better than I ever have for very little $. I'm hiking around the golf course with my buddies 3-4 times a week at 6 miles per. Not bad for a crippled old man, eh? Keep up the good work young men!
