just beautiful and relaxing, love your story too, although I'm not a surgeon I was very ill over eight years ago I did I last ditch attempt when I had bowl cancer, diabetic also having had a stroke that left my right side after awaking from being undiscovered for four days, after seeing a bunch of specialist I decided to turn my back on doctors and instead changed to a plant based diet, and yes recovered my health and cured of my illnesses, to look at me most people are surprised as there is not even any sign from the stroke... it's amazing what the body can do with the right fuel. now its beautiful to relax to these beautiful sounds of nature when I'm unable to be immersed in nature, thank you kindly for this.

@@GoobieAndDoobie 1 hr and longer is very good. Often with these nature videos they are only 5-10 mins looped into several hours, but to sensitive ears this is easy to notice. Because in nature nothing is repetitive. A waterfall never sounds the same at different points in time, even though we might not consciously detect a difference.

Sir I just saw your video where you explained why you quit as a neurosurgeon. First of all deep respect for sticking with honesty. It must have been a very difficult decision. I am a doctor in India and I too have been faced with similar circumstances past few years and it has been a real struggle financially as I have been testing some methods and at my level, I have found them to be decently effective in treating the sufferings of people. It does involves all that you said about the lifestyle and stress but also more. I was just hoping that I could share it with you since you already understand half of it and get your perspective and scientific opinion about it. There is practically no one who I know of who would even agree to look at the shortcomings of our current methods and system, forget about looking at a possible solution for a problem they don't even recognise. So Is there a way I could communicate with you? It would be really helpful.
I just wanted to say. Hydraulics were created by a guy watching a catch fish swim in a river in Germany. As he watched catfish swim he realized the fish propel themselves very efficiently. He figured out that the water behind the catfish is denser then the water in front of the catfish. So as the the catfish was breathing the water into it's gils the water that flowed out ran past it's body then would swirl back unto the tail propelling it forward. I wonder how long he watched the river?
I live in Washington. So most of the hikes are here. My brother in law and I might convert a van to a camper. If we do, we will travel to Alaska and other states ❤️
