Confidently running/jumping/swimming through absolute darkness :D This was pretty fascinating to watch, I think the shortest I've seen before took at least 20 minutes.

The repetitive loading screens are a result of quick saving followed by immediately quick loading. This allows us to take advantage of 2 main things; Crouchsave: This is where Lara runs into a door/wall and crouches. As Lara is transitioning from crouching to prone, we use the quick save to save our position. Upon loading, Lara will keep her momentum and the game will reset Lara's position through the door/wall as crouching with forward momentum extends Lara's hitbox forward. Moonjump: This is where Lara jumps infinitely. After performing a jump, we use the quick save to save our position. Upon loading, Lara will keep her momentum allowing her to either maintain or increase height and distance infinitely. This can be used both vertically and horizontally to jump very high or to jump very far.
Yes yes very impressive but you know what's more impressive? That you got through this awful game at all lol I remember giving up so early I never saw any of the story at all so talking to Warners late wife was weird....and talk about awkward....this game deserves the hate lol but the speedrun is fun to watch!
The glitched route was the one I started with and still to this day is the one I enjoy the most so that defintely helps! The no glitches route is just meh and not enjoyable for me currently. No glitches ILs though ^^
