And I wondered how a video about the animation of 5~ boarders could fill 18 minutes. I didn't even know. I wonder whether there are other animated boarders. Damn. The Super Game Boy is super (underused)!
Yup, I didn't realise either until I let them run! The Super Game Boy 2's border animations are another 20ish minutes as well (that's coming in the next fortnight, too!)
@@PugHoofGaming Ah yes, that's good to know! Also, I realized, I've watched one of your videos before. Interestongly, it was the one about the best SGB games
Yeah, I’ve come to the Super Game Boy a lot for ideas - Still, even after doing all of those videos, and writing about it for Retro Gamer magazine, I think I still have a few more ideas to do something with at some point! :)
+Samuel Baugh Funnily enough, I knew people were going to ask, so I wrote it in the video description! (It's the music for the Super Game Boy's secret credits)
THIS. this is the video I've been searching for months! Thanks!!
Glad to hear it! Plenty of SGB-related stuff on the channel, so that’ll keep you busy!
I remember how magical it was when 7yo me saw the kitties come to life and walk off. I miss the days when games were allowed to be this charming.
It blew my mind when I paused a game on the "Cabin" border, left to go to the bathroom, came back and it was nighttime.
In all the many years I've owned my Super Gameboy I had no idea the borders animated. My mind is completely blown right now

I've always loved the movie theater boarder it's like the audience was watching a movie of your gameboy game :)
5:36 best part of all screen savers!
Thornton Mellon Yup, it’s easily my favourite!
That was always my favorite border to use. That, the theater one and the one with the cats were my favorites.
I came here to find that one. I used it when I was a kid and loved it. Such a comfy vibe.

They didn't need to do this but it's so cool that they did. You missed one, by the way
It was a pretty cool idea! Out of curiosity, which one did I miss?
@@PugHoofGaming If you draw something and don't press any of the buttons for a bit, a little guy starts erasing your drawing
Ah yes, that’s not in this video (as it’s not really a border), but it is in my main Super Game Boy video :)

3:25 Am I experiencing Mandala effect, or did this border used to have ants??
What game is this music from?
