Looking forward to your next upload. You make it all sound so simple. AlI had to help me when I was a kid in the 50's was a book on toy train repair and a mom who knew how to solder. I had a great dad; however, he was mechanically challenged. It took me awhile to learn the theory of operation. I got my 264-E out to see the differences. There are a lot. Thanks much. I have the 1936 Red Comet set, a black 265-E pulling my Silver Streak set, and a gun metal 265-E and tender. All needed work.
Marx guy here, that C/V is in great shape for 1935. You don`t even have to repaint. Most all of my Marx purchases are basket cases, because I`m a cheap SOB.
nice looking set
Thanks!
