    Thank you. Been eating most of these and never felt better. Medications made me feel side effects and did nothing. Food is medicine!

    The music is very loud and distracting. I had to go back a few times to make sure i heard what was said.

    While sauerkraut is a great food, It contains an awful lot of sodium- kimchi would be the best super food that promotes good gut flora and bacteria

    some of the foods mentioned here contain lectins, so some of the doctors told us these are not super foods and we should avoid to eat them, so ??

    Until we go back to the old ways of farming and teaching classes about agriculture free of toxins and greed and food- nutrition, we will be forever confused about our health and our connections to the land and nature. This is a must in school curriculums if we want to save our race.

    This looks like a high school project presentation. Says nothing and really doesn’t “explain why it’s good for you”. Seems like not enough effort was put into this.

    This video stinks of a False Authority fallacy and data cherry picking. A simple search of nutrition shows that most of the foods listed here are a waste of time. I don't care if something contains "multiple B vitamins." If I have to eat a whole truck load, it's not doing me any good. I consider that a waste of time

    LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT EASY. YOU NEED TO EXERCISE DAILY. CUT YOUR INTAKE, WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. No such thing as “ SUPERFOODS”. Superfoods word is a gimmick.
