Guys, I'm giving ye the one single, one of the most important things decreasing yer focusing, memory levels, especially fer men: it is watching porn, or looking at digital erotic stuff such as the ones on instagram, reddit or hollywood movies; and also looking at body parts of women in real life. Remember, there is no other feleling on human beings that can make them "zombie-like", as much as the lust does. So, just cut all these stuff that I said, annd start seeing the results in a few days, including having harder and more sustainable erections. It is because of these kind of stuff that I listed above, that in today's European and American societies, the skills such as focusing, memory and complicated analytical thinking and also hardness of penis are on a serious downfall, unfortunately. Thus, hold yerself fer your wife, keep an eye on yer "eyes" (pun is not intended) and cut all these; ye will thank me and pray for me later :) I am this further in claiming. Btw, masturbation is totally allowed. Furthermore, if ye decide to apply these things I am saying but have doubts about the consequences; nobody is forcing you to apply these stuff, just implement them fer a week or two weex, and then if ye still think that no positive results occur in yer mind and body, then of course ye are free to cut this prescription. But if ye want yer mental and physical skills seriously increased; do these, and I habe no doubt that ye are having results in that case. Have a great day...

Trying different enviroments is something that helps me a lot now in college. Working in a space where I can visibly see other people working like in a library or even with a few friends boosts my productivity a lot especially in college. obviously, you need to learn how to work by yourself as those things aren't always available but I trained myself to eventually lock in and concentrate by myself.

    in brief:
This video discusses how to improve focus and productivity by optimizing your workspace, based on tips from the Japanese book "The Reason Why You Can't Focus is Your Room."
    The main points include:
    1. Analyze your current workspace by taking a picture of your desk to objectively evaluate it.
    2. Remove unnecessary items from your desk to create a clutter-free environment.
    3. Avoid having multiple tasks and objects in your line of sight to minimize distractions.
    4. Change your working environment to stimulate creativity and maintain focus.
    5. Tidy your desk for 5 minutes at the end of each day to keep it organized.
    6. Change your desk position to receive natural light, which improves mood and energy levels.
    7. Use quality productivity tools, such as the Asus ZenScreen MB249C monitor, iQunix F96 keyboard, and GrowMate notepads.
The video highlights the importance of creating a clean, organized workspace that promotes efficiency, concentration, and overall well-being.
By following these tips, viewers can experience significant improvements in focus and productivity.

Perfectionism and not being able to move through the work was the reason for me. You can't concentrate when there is no clear "why" to aim at. It is important to have strategic and operational level clarity. Your perception of the process may change, but you still need to start from some framework
Procrastination and lack of concentration are one of the major obstacles that I have in my life for as long as I remember myself and recently it feels like awareness and maturity which I gained with time are helping me adress the causes of these problems and start solving them
Thank you for sharing your tips, I as well noticed that it is important to have clear framework, both physical and mental
It is a pleasure to listen to you 🙏🏻

One extra tip: take short breaks between tasks or just to refresh your mental energy. For example, 5-10 min break for 45-60 min of work of concentration. In this case "taking a break" means: leave your mobile device at the desk, take a short walk away from it and just do anything else for a while - get a drink, go to another room to do something else or just go outside to get fresh air for a few minutes.

Absolutely love your videos!!! I’m so happy that I found your channel. I can’t stop watching your content. Thank you so much for sharing all of your amazing and valuable tips!!! I have been feeling inspired and motivated again which I haven’t felt in a while now. I have been struggling with productivity over the past few years. I used to be able to find time and energy for everything (studying, working, developing my TH-cam channel, working out, volunteering, cleaning, cooking, etc). I thought that I will finally have free time after getting my doctorate to seriously focus on growing my channel. I used to love making TH-cam videos. It would bring me so much joy to film and edit them and to interact with my viewers. I miss feeling like that but have been struggling to get myself back into that productive mode despite the fact that I have more free time than I can ever remember. Thank you for not only motivating and inspiring me but for helping me restore hope and belief in myself🙏☺️🤗🥰

Finally, I a detailed explanation as to why Im struggling doing my architectural projects. I knew that having a clean and organized workspace would be very efficient in improving work performance but I never knew to what extent until I got to experience the struggle. Having to handle heavy and demanding workloads I never really even bothered to just tidy up my space just because I think its a waste of time and I i can still do my work even with my tools, books, and gadgets are on my desk convincing myself that I can clean this after my work is done. But boy as I was wrong, I never really understood why or maybe Im in just in the state of denial that I have OCD, but after watching this video I finally have someone convince me that what Ive been doing the whole time was unproductive and somehow unhealthy in some aspects. I am grateful for this video and it really has helped me understand and improve my performance and progress in my work in the architecture industry.

I've done a lot of this already. I'd like to add a couple things. Keep your phone in another room when you want to focus. A 15 minute brisk walk is usually about 1 mile for me and it helps me feel better and more focused when I was at the office. Drinking lots of water is also better for your brains functionality. I believe your brain can work 30% better when you're hydrated (don't quote me on that number though I am remember this study on it so...)

Interest is what grabs our attention. Our attention is always on what we are interested in. If we are not interested in something, it will be difficult to keep our attention on it. Therefore, it is important to be able to notice interesting details in seemingly uninteresting objects, then it will be easier to keep our attention on such an object. And the longer we keep our attention on such an object, the more we begin to notice new interesting details, which strengthens and increases the duration of concentration.
This is the secret of attention.

The best way to boost concentration is to train your brain for focus. Don't do anything that harms your brain's focus.
Which means it is meditation (helps you to be more aware of your thoughts and surroundings.
Do not consume too much social media if it has no purpose. (Social media is designed to steal your attention - hence your focus as well) as your attention gets stolen again and again your focus would dull. Same goes for short
    3. Embrace boredom. Embrace silence. We are so used to distractions - for instance even going to sleep we play random youtube videos. That's not good for the brain the long run..

A new environment can rationally change the paradigm for which we experience the universe-world-personal space. Anyone that has moved homes probably understands the importance of letting go.
Ergo, we can bring new things in. To challenge ourselves, grow & evolve under states of resistance. Which can help us stay engaged in participating in life, rather than being an observer of life. Too often humanity is knocked around by societal systems controlled by the majority…defined as ~51%.
Old operating systems in a new era, boring humans to tears. Happiness can be found in new innovations, ideas & NEWLY developed operating systems for human living. The old way of doing things no longer applies.
