  • If you are at rock bottom and feel like there is no hope, there is a drug called Sublocade that can help you get off of opioids and anti-opioids.
Sublocade freed me from opioid addiction and gave me the opportunity to find structure, routine and to get to know myself again.
    This is my personal experience.
Seek medical help and advice from a professional doctor.

I've been on suboxone for a year my doctor just told me about the shot. I'm scheduled for next week. I can't wait. He also told me I could naturally detox that way too. I'm hoping it works for me and I will be free after the 30 days.

As someone who took the Sublocade shot, I can testify that it works. With that said, I still had to do the work to understand what caused me feel why I need to self medicate myself, because drugs weren't my problem , they were my solution, and that was my problem. Thanks for making this video, and sharing your experience. For those who may still be struggling, please know their is help, and its so worth seeking that help, and your worth getting help.

Wonderful share Cori. This is exactly how you do it in my opinion. I’m an advocate for Alcoholism so I would like to share what helped and continues to help me when I slip (which is when the ones I love hurt me and won’t even make time for me) that’s what makes me break my 200 plus days or whatever.
I’ll post my premade text from when I hosted two meetings a day 7 days a week of AA for over 3 years now.
Love you and pray for me I’m still fighting so hard with so many physical challenges caused from it still. Life is a blessing and I’m so glad we can be of help to others.
I love you all. But I’m proud of you two. God Bless 🙌🏼💜🙏✌️

So true. You feel disconnected to a higher power but I’ve also felt disconnected to people. It’s like people know I’m not 100% sober, or maybe it’s that I know and my eye contact is off. Also, pupils are probably like a pin needle. I got my one and only sublocade shot (100mg)- now about a month out. Been ready for this. Was going to do the Ibogaine (which I also feel is a gift from god) but a very expensive gift 😂. About 5-10K to go to Mexico. Still feel that’s a good route but sublocade is pretty dang cool. First of all congratulations! I had the same thing happen with the anti depressants.. it really sucks how they pressure you as an addict to be on medication while also diagnosing things such as bipolar. While detoxing I was diagnosed with bipolar and that medication was horrible. Since being sober for 4 years now and off the psych meds that still follows me around on my medical record and am treated horrible even after explaining I was in addiction while being diagnosed. It’s embarrassing and stigmatized . I am finally taking my first shot tomorrow .. nervous but excited.

You are absolutely correct about fentanyl the seven for eight different analogs that could be in the street pills or powder or lipophilic, so it stores in all of your fat cells around your body and not just the receptors in your brain and stomach, so you might think you're clean off of the fentanyl but if you get the shot and end up having some side effects it's sporadic bits of fentanyl leaving your system being pushed out through precipitated withdrawal and a lot of people blame the shot for it but that is definitely not true so good job that you mention that❤

      @coriandkeliunleashed  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@AddictionRecoveryandTapering for sure and thank you! From what my dr has told me China or whoever is making it has manipulated it now so that it binds to your receptors and doesn’t let go for even a longer time. Drug warfare imho…it’s some serious chemistry manipulation. Pretty sad but Sublocade offers hope!!

Wellbutrin is also abused by a lot of people it is snorted and gives the similar effects of cocaine. Which is definitely not a good thing, also another random fact if you're on any form of buprenorphine the shot or the sublingual, and you take cocaine daily it minimizes well if it drops the levels of buprenorphine in your blood serum so you go into withdrawal a lot faster if you do cocaine while you're on can you form of buprenorphine

@@coriandkeliunleashed yea, I've been off heroin for over 47 years....used methadone maintenance for about 2 years...high dose...slow detox....changed my life...then worked in the field for 15 years....
I just have a real problem visualizing most addicts waiting that 3 day period, in that the first money to come by, will be used for the simplest solution, a fix.....I understand the concern for blockading opiates, but on methadone a dose over 65 mgs will accomplish the same goal....I dont think kicking either one is way worse than the other....it just seems antithetical to servicing clients in such acute need, by telling them to wait 3 days whilst they are capable of paying for any relief, at that moment..even if the Suboxone was removed from the mix, it could make this treatment available to a wider range of patients...it would be nice for an addict to function without x3 per week visits to the clinic and x6 for the first 3 mos.
nice vid...just my take....best of luck...

My clean date was way before the shot. I was only put on soboxone to make sure I wouldn’t have a negative reaction to Noloxone or whatever it is that’s in subs and subloc. I was just tired of fighting the obsession. From people I’ve talked to that are coming off of subs for years it takes a couple days of feeling a little rough but it goes away. My experience with soboxone is limited but everyone I know that makes the transition after years of being on it has given me positive feedback.

@badass1g and lucky, I have been hesitant to give dates but have been praying about it and feel good about sharing. My hesitancy is for other reasons, not the date and time that’s passed but I realize it doesn’t matter what anyone (people close to me) believe. I know my story. I got off the dope last april. April 26th to be precise. I did the whole cold turkey thing and ended up having a complete psychotic break from what I believe was toxicity from the Wellbutrin. Woke up in a hospital strapped to a bed.
I didn’t go straight to a dr. but started using strips to keep the obsession and cravings at bay. I’d take just 1/4 of an 8mg strip or sometimes more. Last September the Doctor put me on subutex for a week then soboxone pills for a week and then gave me the shot. So it has been a little less than 6 months since I got the bloc shot.
Thanks for listening and for the comments. Life is good and being free of fentanyl (which is all I think is out there) is something I never thought would happen. Prayers to all that are making the decision to take the shot!! Prayers to all that still suffer too! I will always live “one day at a time” but in all reality, who doesn’t?!? I have so much love for all that suffer with any type of addiction!! It all begins with getting honest and asking for help!! Thanks again for asking!

So he’s actually taken 3 shots and counting not just one and had to get back on a huge dosage of subs for 3 weeks.

You get it once a month now if you were taking sublingual strips you can wait for 32 hours or 24 hours until your doses start to leave your system and then obviously get high again but the shot is literally not something that you seemingly are looking for so, in fact if you're just taking buprenorphine just to keep withdrawals away You're risking precipitated withdrawal and that sucks because I've been through that 17 times traumatize you and hurt your brain in ways you can't imagine

I mean realistically if you're over 8 mg a day for a month you can get the shot in any form of milligrams so even if, and I know people that were on literally 35 mg which is an insane dose a day for many many years, they got the shot and got off as well with no issues. It has nothing to do with what you're on milligram wise it has to do with the slow tapering process and the pharmacokinetics of the formulation

The withdrawals were so bad, I almost died. The only thing that saved me and ended the suffering was getting back on subs so please get the shot and don’t think you can jump at .25 if you’ve used for years because I’m proof you can’t. Losing 22lbs every two weeks. Nothing helped me, nothing took the edge off. I wanted to end my life but instead of doing that to my family and instead of suffering and rotting in that bed anymore, I began using subs again. I’m so sick of them. They’ve rotted my perfect teeth, my body is destroyed from being stuck in a bed for a year and from this toxic evil poison. It’s ruined my life and my family and dog’s life. I’m tired of it and I want the shot but the clinic I go to doesn’t even tell you about it. I have an appointment today and am going to demand it or I’ll go elsewhere and get it. I have addressed this question In some responses that others asked the same thing. I will do a follow up soon! I promise! It has been a couple months since I got a shot. The first time I got one shot and after 3 months I started having cravings so I went back to get another shot and the Dr made me start over which means I had to get back on subutex for 3 weeks before they would give me another shot. 3 weeks of 8mg every 8 hours. It got me loaded more than anything else ever has. Once I got round two in me I went 5 weeks and got one more shot. That was about 3 months ago now. No detox, no cravings. I believe its getting close to being out of me completely. MI can still feel a tiny lump where I got the shot. So, from my own experience, I wish I would’ve gone back and gotten a second or third shot without the break In between because getting back on subutex for 3 weeks made everyone question my clean time but that’s all between me and God. I’m some of our videos during that time you can tell I was on something…8 mg subutex will do the job when you haven’t had any opiates in you for a long time. So since I first started I’m not sure how long it’s been. I’ll figure it out and write down some info so I have my dates right! Thanks for the feedback! Life is wonderful today!so grateful I went that route! It has saved my life!!
