I've been practicing Silat and Escrima since 1993 and Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi since 2008. I like practicing slow twisting and circling steps with blades. It nourishes my brain and I circulate my chi to stay healthy and massage my internal organs to stay soft and limber. The first thing I would teach someone is how to relax and root and circulate Qi. After relaxing, someone can learn basic Gong Fu! Ginseng A river of life through eyes Seen blue skies and dream Each day’s scene A shade of green from the leaves Beautiful blossoms So many herbs Spirits Here you find a shining light So bright
Can I get an appointment with Dr. Alex? I have chronic pain in my legs that western Doctors have no idea how to help me and recommend I look into Eastern medicine or other alternative medicine. Please advise. Thank you!
Hello, thank you for another great video. Can TCM address perianal abscess that drains, stops draining, and drains again? I’m trying to avoid EUA and fistula.
You dont have a reputation to answer comments , but ill give it a go. Chronic Inflamation in the Large Intestine Im working with my acupuncturisst but we have not figured it out yet. Any take on it ? I suspect that the problem in the Colon is just a symptom, but where is the problem, a ballpark suggestion so I can spark my therapists knowledge pool , thx for the videos, keep it up !
You're most likely correct about your Chronic Inflammation of your Large Intestine being a 'Symptom'; either of something going on in the Colon itself (e.g. parasites or an Ileo Caecal Valve [ICV] issue to name a few); or Alternatively what's happening in the Colon may be as a Result of something else happening 'Upstream', e.g. low HCL production in the Stomach. Other Causes of that may be due to drinking with the meal or too soon before or after; both of which Dilute the HCL Acid, and thus the result is that pathogens (such as bacteria) in the food are Not Destroyed, which results in Fermentation in the GI Tract including the Colon, which causes irritation to the lining, and the result is Inflammation! Stress especially when eating is a major factor. These are just a FEW things to consider, and the specific causative factorS, will VARY from person to person; that's why Natural Medicine practitioners including TCM need to look Broad and Deep into the Context; i.e. What's going on in your life and your habits etc etc. That produces a Bespoke solution, which I imagine is why Alex doesn't engage so much; it's Complicated, takes time, and believe that he doesn't have a team to support him, including in fielding answers.

I think if someone puts in effort to make videos then it's only fair to respond to comments - at least important ones.
