Smoothie recipes usually include ice, frozen berries, raw veggies, etc . and salads..all these ingredients promote dampness, bloating, etc and they wonder why they couldn’t lose weight!

Agreed. ice is bad cold as bad but people still out to eat. I’m with you. I would keep it at room temperature specially with the severity that I have for this one client with extreme edema.

living in Guangzhou, terrible humidity here all the time. since i temporary stopped active sports which helped to sweat it all out, i started having dampness all the time😢 only than realized why locals eat differently and that helps them to stay away from this issue (making special soups which helps)

I like rice flour in a shake with veggie juice. Some seeds and nuts, legumes. A little fruit. Fruit especially is excessively Yin. That's a perfect Chinese Diet. As long as I avoid excessive Yin or Yang I am healthy.

This was so helpful. I've been dealing with a number of conditions ranging from hyperhidrosis, post-nasal drip/congestion and abdominal bloating. Western medicine has failed to treat or even link these symptoms together. Now that I understand what I am experiencing, there can be a proper solution to address these issues once and for all. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Hi I’m new to your channel, but I noticed a lot of your videos focus on eating lighter, etc. but what if you are actively trying to gain weight? How do I do that with principle of Chinese medicine.

i dont know all your current symptoms, but let's just say you are very slim now and having a hard time gaining weight. There are 3 common reason 1. Liver Qi stagnation 2. spleen and stomach weakness 3. endocrine disorders (Deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of fire; the yin deficiency is mainly the stomach)
      Overall symptoms:
( There are much different reason that causes these symptoms, like just because you have tinnitus doesn't mean you have yin deficiency, other syndromes can cause tinnitus.)
      1. low appetite, loose stoolIn, stress, often moody and depressed
      2. low appetite, and other symptoms to determine if it is a spleen and stomach, yang/ yin/qi deficiency
      2. Insomnia and night sweats, dry mouth and throat, dizziness, tinnitus
Try to identify them with the symptoms you have. The 3 common reason can be the root of the problem, through herbs it can help. However, 2 of the reasons are deficiency, and it is going to take longer time to solve and help them, but that doesn't mean it cant be healed, it just need your time. Your body need time and patience to heal. As long as you are patient and consistent enough then you will get better and better.
