Smoothie recipes usually include ice, frozen berries, raw veggies, etc . and salads..all these ingredients promote dampness, bloating, etc and they wonder why they couldn’t lose weight!
Agreed. ice is bad cold as bad but people still out to eat. I’m with you. I would keep it at room temperature specially with the severity that I have for this one client with extreme edema.
living in Guangzhou, terrible humidity here all the time. since i temporary stopped active sports which helped to sweat it all out, i started having dampness all the time😢 only than realized why locals eat differently and that helps them to stay away from this issue (making special soups which helps)
My diagnosis was spleen qi deficiency, damp heat in lower jiao, kidney yang deficiency, and liver qi deficiency and stagnation
Omg. Is this why Im so healthy in Summer but Winter Im so very very sick and everythjng flares?
This was super helpful!
Thank you!
Thank you ❤
Very useful, thank yoy
I like rice flour in a shake with veggie juice. Some seeds and nuts, legumes. A little fruit. Fruit especially is excessively Yin. That's a perfect Chinese Diet. As long as I avoid excessive Yin or Yang I am healthy.
Thanks this is what I eat nowadays it works !
This was so helpful. I've been dealing with a number of conditions ranging from hyperhidrosis, post-nasal drip/congestion and abdominal bloating. Western medicine has failed to treat or even link these symptoms together. Now that I understand what I am experiencing, there can be a proper solution to address these issues once and for all. Do you have any suggestions for me?
I'm in Ireland with Spleen dampness 😂🙈
In England. Same thing. I don't get it how nobody else has it since its so damp here!
Im in Iran and dont have dampness🤣😂
@@majidsharifi1365 there ya go! that says it all really 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah….I have also lived in humid places, (Maryland, Northern California). I noticed I definitely feel better in homes with a fireplace or wood burning stove.
Amsterdam , same thing😅
Is it Rhizoma Coptidis good for dampness?
Is the like treats like thing accurate? As in would dissected spleen help or take pressure off the spleen so it can more easily recover?
What about wheat?
Whats to much heat xx
What if you don't have a spleen?
I’d like more suggestions on foods said Ginger 🫚 vegetables in a climate very damp land 10,000 lakes lots of earth warrior earth types overthink oh wait you didn’t cover those aspects. I suppose it doesn’t really help people to tell them to stop overthinking food suggestions please
Hi I’m new to your channel, but I noticed a lot of your videos focus on eating lighter, etc. but what if you are actively trying to gain weight? How do I do that with principle of Chinese medicine.
i dont know all your current symptoms, but let's just say you are very slim now and having a hard time gaining weight. There are 3 common reason 1. Liver Qi stagnation 2. spleen and stomach weakness 3. endocrine disorders (Deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of fire; the yin deficiency is mainly the stomach)
Overall symptoms:
( There are much different reason that causes these symptoms, like just because you have tinnitus doesn't mean you have yin deficiency, other syndromes can cause tinnitus.)
1. low appetite, loose stoolIn, stress, often moody and depressed
2. low appetite, and other symptoms to determine if it is a spleen and stomach, yang/ yin/qi deficiency
2. Insomnia and night sweats, dry mouth and throat, dizziness, tinnitus
Try to identify them with the symptoms you have. The 3 common reason can be the root of the problem, through herbs it can help. However, 2 of the reasons are deficiency, and it is going to take longer time to solve and help them, but that doesn't mean it cant be healed, it just need your time. Your body need time and patience to heal. As long as you are patient and consistent enough then you will get better and better.

Magnesium
@@cacikeel1349 that would make it even worse-
@@apacur why is that ? Iv been using magnesium every day . Also tea called smooth movie especially after red steak
they're going to drink cold water even you argue with them. LOls. Root cause of diarrhea cold water. LOLs. well ice cold water or ice cream
“Weird and creepy term..” 😂😂
What is the western equivalent of dampness? Mold toxicity? I had it really bad recently and it caused me neurological issues
😮😮😮
A bunch of stuff that 'doctors' don't even know is related.
Western doctors are trained to treat symptoms not causes. Learn about the roots of western medicine and it’s schools. You will be surprised what their purpose is.
I think Candida
@@zachp419 good one, yeah candida. Also how 'bout i. b. s., chronic fatigue, hypothyroid, anemia, depression, oedema, indigestion, hair loss, sinusitis, bronchitis, ....
What about rice? I’m super underweight (my BMI is 16) and I always include grains/starches in my meals to increase calories. Should I stop eating rice, wheat, millet and tapioca? Really need some help…
