It's that little voce inside you nudging to do something or that gut feeling(knowing) you have in pit of your stomach or inside of your head. We went to Great Adventure with our dance group. My daughter , 14 then, wanted to go on a simple ride (i mean simple)that goes up and down w the girls. As we approached the ride, I grabbed my daughter as another mother, Tina was next to me. I said, J, I don't want you on that ride. She said ,"why? its like a kids ride?". I said, "i don't want you going on it something isnt right.". Tina said, "Elle, what's wrong, why r u getting so upset?". I looked @ my daughter and said "do what you want." She went towards the ride and then ran back to me. She said I felt like someone pulling me off the line so I came back. Tina was like,"ok".. What happened next, THE RIDE WAS STUCK IN THE AIR FOR 2 hours !!!!!!! Tina then grabbed me and said these exact words, "HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT!!!?"..I said, I saw a gray cloud OUTLINING the ride like it was a drawing, hence showing me danger..It was my gut......I do that sometimes....." :) My daughter has never doubted her intuition since .:)
This is a beautiful explanation and very akin to how do intuition training. Meditation is the key for sure, and practicing presence in day to day life. Heart-Brain Coherence training is something that will really open the intuition and has become an important part of how I do mediumship training.

Ima be honest....my intuition doesn't just come in a soft voice I have had it scream at me especially when it's sumthing tht I need to hear/feel in tht moment and there was no fear attached. I will be going bout my business and a strong random thought or feeling will come up outa no where and it's been accurate everytime. My higher self and spirit team are loud when it's sum I need to know right then n they dnt got time for me to take forever to figure it out lol. And other times it's soft. I've figured out tht when it's loud not to ignore it (learned tht the hard way).
@@SoulfulRevolution its never been from a bad place, the messages or feeling/energy just comes on fast and strong and it's always been correct. I've always been like this tho even b4 my awakening (I just didn't know what it was at tht time) I've had warnings come to me tht I didn't know what or way just a sudden feeling (threw tht sudden feeling I had slite fear form) however those warnings n me listening has saved me n my son. I just seem to know things b4 they happen regardless if I know who it involves or the details...ive known bout 2 murders (those messages bring fear as I dnt know who it involves) n in both cases it in some way was tied to me threw a friend n one threw my ex husband. So the initial intuitive knowing or feeling isn't from fear.
Marsha Baker here--I get a feeling just under the solar plexis--prob that "gut" feeling. Or atleast I'm pretty sure that's the feeling. I've associated it before with things so I'm pretty sure for me that's it. I just need to heed it more lol. Would have saved me alot of money back in August if I would have but I listened to other people and felt "obligated" to do the thing. Totally wrong decision. Should have listened to the gut feeling. Trying to listen ALOT more now rofl. Thanks MJ!!

Your hair looks awesome! The voice led me to google my ex. His obituary popped up. His family wasn't courteous enough to notify me. Little do they know he and I were in contact for the last 4 years. They will find out cleaning out his home, phone, and computer. I had a strong urging. I almost turned away and remembered what you told us. I had the urge to goggle from the soft nudge. we both had COVID and he was so sick. And in the hospital. 25 days later he passes. It was 14 days later that I discovered it. I'm glad his family are GONE. I believe he was warning me from the other side so I didn't contact his phone.
This is the best explanation I've heard. I watched one of your videos about this before and can attest To the fact my anxiety over the unknown has drastically been reduced. Staying present and being able to see what is speaking to me intuition or fear has been a godsend. Thank you. I appreciate your great talent. I'm thinking about joining pathfinder group. Why does this remind me of narcissists vs empath! Fear vs intuition.. Its because our fear is based on the narcissistic people we encounter throughout our lives thay make us judge our true authentic nature & selfs! X
Neptune in first house and I have Been always intuitive but two flame journey wounds 3D journey wounds I stopped trusting in my intuition and now after some work on my self healing my self I can feel the difference again between fear and intuition

As long as it’s a loving voice…otherwise, the voice of fear can still be constructive. It’s just….different.
