  • Is that voice in your head coming from a place of fear, or knowing? Both anxiety and intuition are meant to keep you out of harms way -- But only one of them is accurate. How can we tell the difference??

      I'm trying to decide if gut feeling is the same as intuition? I think they are for the most part the same thing but I have a gut feeling it usually is right.

    Thank you so much 🙏🏿 I feel much better about the horrible thoughts I keep getting every now and again. There’s more clarity after watching this video as well as reassurance. Thanks a million. By the way I’m a makeup artist and I’ve got to say your makeup looks amazing, I love the soft contour and highlight around your cheek area. Brilliant 👌🏾

    I used to have this feeling all the time a gut feeling that I could feel people's energy. Something I could trust and I let it get the best of me

    Intuition is not always calm and sometimes scary that the worse happens. I felt in the last week of my cousin’s life that he is dying. I tried to convince my mum to call help to check on him, but she refused. I felt, I KNEW that he will gone, but I tried silence my feelings, because my mum not only refused, but blackmailed me that she will never speak with me again if I force her to call ambulance. As I leave on the other part of the world, I thought I wait, maybe my intuition was not right. But at the end of the week it’s just got stronger. I didn’t find my place and started to cleaning like crazy “to calm down”. Of course it didn’t help and I no longer could give a damn whether my mum will speak to me anymore or not, I told at all costs she must call the emergency services, because ambulance might even can’t go inside if he is unable to open the door. They find him dead and told he died on that day… 😢

    Is my anxiety because there’s a huge age gap? Yet, he is a real gentleman and stands for Jesus Christ and I need that but…. I question his caring because we haven’t known each other very long. Truth always comes out…. Patience is a fruit of the Spirit and he tells me often that he’s patient… he is so far!!!

    So…. I have anxiety specifically around death and health.. I had a few literally 3 moments between December and January where my brain was having these panic moments of “you won’t be here long” and it would send me into a HUGE panic attack…… I’ve never had such blunt thoughts like that before…. But then I take my anxiety medicine that’s only as needed, and I felt like I could rationally think and be like ok, but this isn’t a gut feeling, it made your heart race and made you feel panicky….. Idk if it’s because I’m currently trying to weigh my decisions about breaking up with a long term partner? Maybe that’s why I got the thought? Maybe I feel like I’m rushing for time because I have goals I want to accomplish??? Either way it was panic attack type feelings, not a gut feeling???? Not an impending doom feeling, I guess in a way it was because the anxiety but I took my meds and could calm down and think rationally, like I’ve always felt deep down that I’ll live a long happy life, I’ve always had issues with having anxiety around death and health so it’s not exactly new…..

    anxiety can come from fear from the future , from the food that you eat specialy if you eat lots of animal products that are living in constant fear .you can stop this by deep breathing daylie 20-30 times , learn streching and yoga calm your iner self when you succeed in that you will hear you iner voice clearly

    ya but what do you do when anxiety just turns into panic - certain death type things

    • @tipsfromatherapist
      @tipsfromatherapist  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question! Then it's time for the stress response (fight, flight or flee). If you survive, you can figure the rest out later.

    What if I have both

    • @tipsfromatherapist
      @tipsfromatherapist  ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Having both means you are a normal human being! Both anxiety and intuition have important information to share with you. Attune closely to your intuition so you can be led in a positive direction. Listen to anxiety just enough to get a sense of life factors that need to be addressed/changed.
