The third part of the full voting of the 1971 Eurovision Song Contest, with Austrian commentary and in this part the votes from:
- Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal
- Yugoslavia, Finland, Norway

Freaky that under this scoring system, the winners all had the near-same amount of points. In '71 and '72 the total was 128, in '73 it was 129!

What I like about this voting system is that no one can go home with nul points and every country has a very easy chance of scoring over 50 pts, however the major problems were with just 2 jurors per nation it wasn't hard to abuse the format and on purposely score a song 1 if your country is one of the favorites to win.

Monaco got 1+1 from Spain.

Luxembourg only gave out 1’s and 2’s, making their votes virtually irrelevant.

Neighbour countries didn’t want to vote politcally so gave each other the lowest notes (except Spain)
