Would be really cool if this were a city builder as well where you would have to set up your own field hospital. Youd be slow at first but as you get things set up youd gain efficiency. If you reach a certain efficiency level, your army moves forward and you have to set up a new hospital in more difficult terrain, like a forest. Maybe there could be weather conditions like snow or icy ground that could affect your play etc.
Anyway, looks like a neat game, Ill have to keep an eye on it.
This sounds so good tbh. The idea alone caught my attention. Being a war time surgeon? I'm shocked this hasn't been done already.

see the first thing that jumps out to me is that this game has the exact same looking ressource ui as last train home. must be a store asset, still kinda weird to see. a lot of the other ui looks very similar too.

I'd prefer this to the current NHS, even with Mack in charge. We pay a lot in taxes for it but the queues are so long and the doctors so elusive that I ended up cutting around a mole with a craft knife to get rid of it and I'm currently trying to snap my own septum to reshape it for better breathing. Now I've just got to work out how to fix a slipped disc with DIY methods and I'm good.

Their previous WW1 games is a horror one from German pov. Called Ad infinitum.
love the atmosphere but so many reviewrs point out that its so boring after a few hours since you only check, ok how risky, how serious, and everybody without a very high success chance gets thrown into the dumpster, and then its just rinse and repeat and fall asleep to it

Well, hospitals were diverse enough? Tons of female nurses and non-white people could be seen in the hospitals. What “message” have they sent here? Have they put them on the battlefield?

I read the update , they mention Diversity. But They are referring to language, the game only uses British accents , I can see why folks freaked, when they saw the Word Diversity, usually a bad sign

Why release a super niche indie game in a broken state? Day 1 patches arent good enough for indie. Seems such a waste after so much effort...maybe they couldn't afford playtesting..but then that's what beta is for. Looks neat though...like steampunk lite.
