not sure if anyone else has noticed this or its just my bad luck but i havent been getting as many catalysts as usual its like its been heavily nerfed.
@BlueSmokeGamingRS i checked wiki, and there haven't been any recent changes to it, but maybe there's some other sort of bug. Like how having bonecrusher activated somehow fucked your chances of it proccing.
