- Here are my new color changing LED turn signals I purchased from Infinite HIDs. They replace the stock amber 3157 bulbs with LEDs. Each LED tower has 48 LEDs, half are white and half are orange. When the parking lights are on, or when they're on at night with the headlights, they run white. When you activate your hazard lights or turn signals they flash orange. The only thing is, you'll need resistors to slow down the hyper flash. They even make my rear OEM bulbs in my tail lights flash quick. They can be purchased from Infinite HIDs for $50 for a pair. Worth it, in my opinion.

@alexgonick i dont think they need to be ventilated. you could put them on the chassis, and thatll keep them cool
This is actually a pretty good idea. I have not heard of LED bulbs for turn signals. I was not happy with the amber color either so I rewired my headlights so only the light behind the reflectors blink.
@alexgonick go check part stores. im pretty sure i saw some resistors for that at autozone
@alexgonick its not that they slip, its that theyre not designed to account for modifications. they expect us to drive boring stock cars.
I ended up doing the resistors with these. After I got rid of the car in July I took the LEDs out.. they're gunna go on my Jeep now. But thanks, they really did make my car look less.. usual haha
@s2knott I tried to find another pair of them from Infinite LEDs and it looks like the place has shut down business. I'm pretty sure you can find some similar at VLED's website but I'm not sure.
the reason they flash rapidly is because you need a relay to trick your car into thinking it's a halogen bulb.
How did you make your turn signal clear?
I'll be doing this for sure, good call.
i remember buying these when they came out and they were like $70, has the price come down?
those are called switchback bulbs
@rcdude747 ill be selling my cobalt
nice check out my cobalt
