Morning mistakes 1) snoozing the alarm, causes sluggish n dull 2) use of mobile just after waking up( use this time to manifest, use your energy in good direction, be grateful) 3) make your bed, organize your things 4) don't drink tea n coffee empty stomach 5) not moving your body, stretch a little bit, improve blood circulation ( move yourself to reduce hormonal imbalance)
I've never snoozed. I always challange my alarm and I win. Thank God we don't have proper network, so I don't have smart-phone. I normally organize as you say. I drink 2 glasses of water. Then after fresh-up I go to my garden...that means I'm qualified(passed), according to you. Thanks mam.
