    Morning mistakes
    1) snoozing the alarm, causes sluggish n dull
    2) use of mobile just after waking up( use this time to manifest, use your energy in good direction, be grateful)
    3) make your bed, organize your things
    4) don't drink tea n coffee empty stomach
    5) not moving your body, stretch a little bit, improve blood circulation ( move yourself to reduce hormonal imbalance)

    I've never snoozed. I always challange my alarm and I win. Thank God we don't have proper network, so I don't have smart-phone. I normally organize as you say. I drink 2 glasses of water. Then after fresh-up I go to my garden...that means I'm qualified(passed), according to you. Thanks mam.

      Y use "May" .. y not just "GOD BLESS" ... coz thats the main job of GOD ... 2 Bless ALL ... so .. lesson learnt ... avoid using "may" ... jus go with " GOD BLESS" ..... Dhanywaad

    Madam your advice is too good. But it's a humble request to make a video on how to cure constipation and anxiety . I am suffering from constipation , gas, acidity and anxiety problem too. I have to take medicines for this which i want to eliminate from my life. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

      Keep yourself on fruits & vegetables diet for few days, I suffered from this but able to keep myself get out of that shit.
