    *1. Eating fruits after meals is wrong. Fruits digest early and cooked food spoils.*
    *2. Eat seasonal fruits locally and multicolored available.*
    *3. Avoid or never drink fruit juice.*
    *4. Storing fruits (Cut fruits changes acidic from alkaline)is a big mistake.*
    *5. Never eat fruits after sunset.*
    *6. Avoid fruits mixing with MILK especially citric fruits.*

      Fruits are alkaline and after cutting became acidic slowly slowly. So please spare time for cutting fruits. Some fruits take no time for cutting such as banana, apple, pears, sapota, oranges etc.

    Love ur videos, I need to ask u this : we are always told to eat fruit as dessert and you say don’t eat it after sunset, so what you replace dessert with ? Healthy options. Also what’s your take on water melon? Thank you and keep the good work! And don’t listen to people who tell you to speak English or Hindi , you do just fine.😊

    1:-eating of food after immediately food for sweet craving is bad
    2:-eat local and seasonal fruit
    3:-juices are not that much nutrients as a whole fruit because fruit has fiber and natural sugar after making juice only sugar left a natural life is left which help to slow digestive system and to absolute nutrition
    4:-not store a fruit
    5:- don't eat after sunset
    6:- avoid mix of fruit with milk specially sour food
    7:- best time to take fruit before 40 minute of breakfast and other idea snaking time after 2 hour of food
