1:-eating of food after immediately food for sweet craving is bad 2:-eat local and seasonal fruit 3:-juices are not that much nutrients as a whole fruit because fruit has fiber and natural sugar after making juice only sugar left a natural life is left which help to slow digestive system and to absolute nutrition 4:-not store a fruit 5:- don't eat after sunset 6:- avoid mix of fruit with milk specially sour food 7:- best time to take fruit before 40 minute of breakfast and other idea snaking time after 2 hour of food
