I had the same concerns! My chest is even better and my skin is tighter now. I can make a video explaining why I chose and how healing is relating to nipple placement and skin tightening if you want? I was borderline between keyhole and peri but went with keyhole and I'm glad I did. There are pros and cons with all surgery types but the pros outweighed the cons for me :) Good luck!
@@wolfibird Thanks for the quick response! It would be very helpful and interesting to hear more about this as i dont seem to find a lot of content specifically on keyhole. I am a runner so i really dont want to end up with a lot of loose skin. But i also dont want to be outed by my scars in changing rooms situations so thats why i dont want double incision.

Your results look really good! Im considering getting keyhole, but im worried about if i will get extra skin or low nipple placement.
