      Hey bro! Question for you!.. Have you ever accepted Jesus as your personal savior from your sins? Please let me explain..
      We have ALL sinned. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God;"
      Well, that sin dooms us to hell. But God sent His son Jesus to die for our sins and make the sacrifice necessary to redeem us for our sins. John 3:16 Says "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
      Romans 6:23 Says "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
      Jesus was buried but rose from the dead on the third day from the grave and beat death!! Jesus Christ has made a way for us to go to heaven instead of hell!
      Jesus can save your soul if you will let Him!
      Put your faith in Jesus today! Call out to Jesus and ask Him to forgive your sins and Save your soul!
      "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." -Romans 10:13

    Why exactly do you want to be able to bend the midsole on a daily trainer? What’s the difference?

    • @Gunbardo
      @Gunbardo 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To train energy. If it’s rigid, you use lesser motion to push on each step. A show without resistance support will force you to fully exert your feet when u land and push off naturally with your own energy, hence training your legs to run. Whereas, with a carbon plate, you quite literally just bounce your way around… your legs won’t be able to exercise the muscles maximally.

      I had the same doubt. I found that the brands doesnt know yet about what kind of harms and lesions carbon shoes could bring in an everyday use. Although, some professional runners use it daily cause of its efdects such as saving energy, making you run faster and spare your joints. So, its a question with no full correct answer.

    • @Alex-xz8vf

    How do the Pegasus compare to Skechers Hyper Burst? How do the carbon fiber shoes compare with Skechers Hyper Burst?

    • @shade-e4836
      @shade-e4836 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Carbon fibre shoes are completely different from Daily training shoes, Carbon fibre shoes are more responsive and gives more energy return, basically your foot will not sink too deep in the midsole so you spend less energy to get maximum return, daily training shoes will not give you much energy return but what they do is provide an excellent cushion so that you can do your practice runs or daily runs without hurting your feet. You can't, or you're not supposed to use carbon fibre shoes for daily runs.
      Pegasus and Skechers both are great option for daily training, Pegasus is very lightweight compared to Skechers and provides a better ventilation too, Skechers gives you a better cushion but personally I'd go with Pegasus 'cause they have that good amount of cushion, just as much as you need, alongwith lightweight and good ventilation.
      Skechers is great for long standing so doctors use it a lot and walking perhaps where you're not running a lot because the more you run the heavier the shoe will feel and with that extra cushion you'll be spending a lot of energy to get that energy return.

      I do my easy runs and warmups/cooldowns in Saucony Endorphin Speed 2. It's amazing how much quicker my legs recover after doing my workouts in next% 2's.

      Hey Liam! question for you! Have you ever accepted Jesus as your personal savior from your sins? Please let me explain real quick... We have all sinned. Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
      Our sins have a penalty. That penalty is hell.
      Romans 6:23 says "For the wages of sin is death..." Because of our sin, when we die, hell is our eternal destiny. But here is the good news, the verse doesnt stop there. It continues "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:8 says "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
      We have all sinned and we deserve to go to hell, but God sent His son, Jesus, to die for our sins and pay the penalty we owe. Jesus is the Messiah, the Christ! God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to earth to die for our sins and pay the penalty for our sins! Jesus died for our sins, but He rose again from the dead and beat death! By accepting Jesus as your savior in faith, you can inherit eternal life in heaven! Repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ today! Place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior! Call out to Jesus today and ask Jesus to forgive your sins and save your soul!
      Romans 10:13 - "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

      @@yaileenmaldonadomendez6382 keep your head up and shoulders straight. Also try to land on the front of your feet rather than on the heel. It might seem hard at first but trust me you will cover a lot more distance in a lot less time once u implement it. Also try not to collapse your knees inward with each step. That’s a problem I had an it really hindered my ability to get distance.

    Not really true anymore. I agree you don’t want a plated shoe for daily runs but many stiffer shoes are very protective and help keep you healthy under the stress of lots of miles. Bondi, superblast, Clifton and noosa to name a few.

    depends on your legs and foot. if you need support then the bendable shoe is a nono......but I understand then the need to toughen your legs. though using that your legs will be damage in no time

    This guy has no idea what he’s talking about. Don’t listen to reviewers trying them on for the first time in the store. Listen to someone who has put miles in and can give a legitimate review.
