    I saw a violinist a few years ago playing percussive violin and was amazed! I love the combination of strings and percussion.

    This has to be one of the best tutorials I have ever seen on TH-cam. FIRSTLY, there are no ads in the middle of the video, making sure that I have point concentration. And, at the beggining of the video I though, "I could never play this tune," 30 mins. later I feel like a ukelele master. Thank you so much

    what a coincidence!!!!
    i was watching some fingerstyle covers and i saw these kind of lofi percussion. so i searched more covers and i saw the sweater weather cover and i was like i want to do this so bad. i searched some tutorials but its hard to find what i was lookin for. and finally i found this video which was inspired by the video i watched. ughhhh thankyou so muchhhh

    You are a real pro. I agree with you that a strum pattern must be explained with the counting of the beat like how you explained in this video of island strum. If not, it can be played in many different ways just by looking at the written strumming pattern without the beat given.

    Not only this channel is underrated, like hs been said, but it is one of the best ukulele tutorials I’ve seen so far in youtube. Calm, insisting on really making things understandable, so that we really learn not only to do things but also how and why we do them that way. Knowing something is one thing, being able to teach it it is something completely different and you excel on both. Keep it up!

    A quick suggestion for changing to G from Em, use a pinky finger to play Em so that you just have to remove pinky finger and add index finger for G.

    Great videos, absolutely love them. Love the details by which you explain each and every thing, so that absolute beginner like me also can understand.
    Talking about something new and fresh we can do on Uke, Can you consider making a video on *George Formby strumming* and the chord progressions we can use with it.
    Also how to adjust my strumming from index(Down) and Thumb(Up) to Index for both down & up as used by George Formby.

    Do we try to strum only two strings to mske it easier? Because it only makes it harder

    • @RockClass101
      @RockClass101  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      2 notes makes the chord blend together better and helps to differentiate the tonal coloring from when you strum up (strings 1 and 2) to when you strum down (strings 3 and 4). Give it a shot, it will get easier in time. Let me know if you need help :)
