Solución: Entren a cuentas de usuario en panel y creen una nueva como administrador, respalden información y ya eliminan la cuenta en las que les falla

None of this helped me... But to fix it I press Windows key + I to open the settings and in the updates section in the history section... I went down to the bottom and clicked on uninstall the last update that gave me this problem, you will notice by the date which is the last update, uninstall it, wait long enough until it tells you to restart, then right click on the Windows symbol and hit restart...
