The nice thing about the change of material throughout time, is that you can really feel like you're going back to the 'good 'ol days' when hearing an instrument from another age.
Wow, the production is beautifully beefy! Any chance you can tell us what microphones were used for this recording? Terrific playing, thanks for sharing.
@@Justin.R.FerrisBefore Bream and Fisk the old school was concentrating on the music alone. Actually those two are absorbed and also unaware,I resent the players who make dramatic or worse orgasmic expressions and in and out of a trance bull. I saw one shake the Guitar towards the sky after a simple piece. The new generation seems to shun antics, young performers don't fake emotions and save the energy for hard passages.

Beautifull sound! Gut strings are the best for historical instruments.
Like I always say - You really need guts to perform early and classical music!
Bella versión Msestro, fraseo excente y sonido emotivo. He disfrutado esta obra que tocó con frecuencias y mis alumnos también.
Beautifully played, and on such a gorgeous instrument in all respects
What a wonderful treat to discover. Thank you for recording this.
Sounds much better than expected! Also, excellent playing.
I have Italian ancestry that would’ve shed multiple tears to this piece and I’m able to tap into their sentiment through my DNA sequence
This is simply beautiful!
Beautiful playing and a nice find this Giuliani piece!
Sounds amazing, what a beutiful instrument.
A lovely Romantic interpretation.

Is this string from animal (sheep) gut ?
Hi Jon, very nice video and sound. What measures of strings do you use? I would like to try it also for the concert. Thanks!

The most amazing thing about playing guitar is pulling all sorts of bizarre faces and not actually being aware of it at the time.
It is hard

Where did you find this guitar? Sounds beautiful
Waaauw
I made the transition to nailless and will never go back to the cringy, twangy sound of nails.
Almost reminds one of smashing car windows.
This looks like a Picasso
So, are the clothes and hairdo also up to certified periodical standards ?
