I'm a portrait artist and appreciate your video. I'm quite 'mature' and have struggled with thin, fine, flat hair my entire life. The color was a 'mousy' dull, dark taupe. The final silver is nice ~ and I like it.. it's bright and happy! I was delighted when I finally found a straight style that looked decent with my facial structure, ~~ BUT 6 months ago Covid began depriving me of the meager volume that I had, so we're worse than before ! I have about 66% of the amount of hair I had last April ! Everyone says it will grow back and I'm doing special creams hoping it will have a positive effect ..... and doing a lot of praying for it to restructure. realizeand careful in conducting your life. The Lord designed you top to bottom, be accountable to Him.

I totally understand! I have MS as well. The treatments ruined my thick naturally curly hair. I also take the hair & nail vitamins. They have helped but my hair is still thin. I have sporadic curl in places and frizz in the other.😒 I am not giving up hope though! I hope you are doing well!

Honestly you would look cute no matter what! :) As a cheaper alternative to Valoom, I tried a crimper once and it definitely showed through for me because my hair is so fine. I've always wondered if using the real Valoom would do the same.
If it showed through, you might have went 'up' too far. You might have to backcomb the top layer to help lay over the 'crimped' part. I've been using a crimper for years, before Valoom even and have noticed on some of my friends heads with finer hair, I needed to stop a little lower, as well as start a little lower, and comb and tease over so the crimped area stayed covered.

Hello! So, I have a blunt cut, no layers. With lots of texture throughout. Slide cutting or point cutting. Your stylist should know what is best for your hair. The back is a little bit shorter than the front.

I took a pic of you to my hair dresser, and I don't know what the heck happened, but I have all these short layers throughout my crown! 😭😭 I am so disappointed. 😤 She has never cut my hair like this 90's style. I now have to grow it out and I am hoping to find a new hairdresser that can follow simple instructions! I will have a cut like yours one day!! 😘 Love your videos btw!!
