Stunning property Coops! Great find and great to see you collab with Shon.
I think that house could be a great investment opportunity for a buyer that wants to use it to rent out. Based on the figures quoted it would pay for itself in approx. 15 years.
I've actually shared this video with my sons for them to watch (sadly they can't afford it yet) as a way to demonstrate investing in buy to let - plus after the rent has paid for the house then you'd have a gorgeous house you could live in yourself in years to come which is fully paid for without "costing" you a dime - again perfect for my kids for their future.

Would never buy . At the rate that new buildings are constructed , before you know it your tranquil place or good view or whatever can be screwed forever within a few months .

This is a nice villa, however, unless you're married to a Thai or have a Thai business foreigners currently cannot own land in Thailand. Unfortunately, I don't even look at anything other than a condo to purchase because of the existing ownership laws.

Beautiful home. Unbelievable price. Buy Retire, pass on to your children, or your new beautiful wife.

"Same price as a condo for a pool villa" and the price is 12 million baht... surely, SURELY, you meant to say 250 sq meter penthouse "condo" for the same as this villa... riiiiight?

Nope title is accurate. New condos with 3 bedrooms are expensive here. It’s cheaper to buy a 4 bedroom pool villa 👍❤️👍

Really nice, but way above budget. Are there any Pool Villa rentals below 25k THB/month in this area ?

I don't understand...I thought foreigners could not own property in Thailand. Sounds like you're buying a business that owns this property...what are the ramifications of a foreigner buying a Thai corporation? Can you sell the corporation to anyone? ????🤔

Foreigner can buy house but not land. Easy fix buy house and lease the land up to 90 years win win 👍❤️👍

Nice place but seems like a lot of money for Thailand. Also not keen on the whole not really owning it.

It depends on your lifestyle. A priority for me is to live a life where I do not need to drive. I know that I am not the typical Western expat, I want to move somewhere in the middle of everything where I can walk most of the time. That's one of the reasons I am not particularly interested in Jomtien.

I am the same same. I am too old and too set in my ways to drive (US citizen) on the left side. But I am looking for a tropical feel (balise-style): pool Villa. The Kitchen is impressive.
