East Pattaya is known locally as the dark side, you're off the main tourist route & the bars are seedier than in town. A lot of fun to be had & money to be spent.@@billybob1511

Ozone or a pool with an ozonator is just another method of oxidising bacteria and quite often needs to be supplemented with chlorine ie after heavy rain .

You cannot tell where you are in Pattaya... This is great... The view from the balconies are cool and the fact there is no real skyline is more unique and extremely affordable.

Ive owned condo there since 2007..That thai guy has owned these buildings for at least 13 yrs. He used to rent out to Korean tourists who used to come . Quiet area 5 -10min on motorcycle taxi to beach road good local if u want nightlife or quiet life.

Everyone has different budgets. I have found many nice condos here that are only 8000 baht a month and I have posted them on our channel. Go check them out you will be surprised 👍❤️👍
