Creatine may serve as a beneficial supplement capable of imparting vascular protective properties and promoting vascular health. Creatine supplementation may serve as adjuvant therapy for vascular health management in at-risk populations by summarizing the current literature surrounding creatine and vascular health, but also shed light on possible mechanisms of action.
In this talk, Holly Clarke MSc. (Florida State University, USA) presents about ""The Potential Role of Creatine in Vascular Health"".

62yo. I was only supplementing on heavy resistance days 2/wk. I'm going to supplement every day now, even on the 1 rest day!

You should be communicating with body builders. There are many 'Doctor' body builders and like professionals within that circle, that already have data, scientifically peer reviewed studies and other correlative information to show all you need.

The problem I have with a conference that concentrates on a particular supplement is you only get to hear of the positives of the drug, if a glaring negative shows up would it be debated with as much enthusiasm. I would also be interested in knowing who financed the conference and if this was a sales conference

Given it's not a drug..it's a supplement that one can buy anywhere. They don't have a patent on creatine so I think we should be ok with it. I get it when they are pushing a medication they own a patent on.

Assuming one is drinking a LOT of water every day, can one take Creatine if they also take an osmotic stool softener like Docusate Sodium? Thanks and thanks for these lectures 👍

Thanks, Supposedly a short burst of ROS during and right after exercise is adaptive in that it ramps up baseline anti-oxidant production. So, wondering about supplementing around this time - is there an optimum time of day and optimum time relative to exercise?

I can imagine(or what I do😃) that is to take créatine around or after Workout... I personally would never use it directly in the Morning coffee 😃...or in the last Evening Drinks directly for Bedtime... I am just a practical Person....User...but I if am wrong..or someone is with informations deeper in this Space...let me know...and others, too😃Thanks and greetings from Andreas in Alsace /France

I was only supplementing 2/wk on heavy resistance days, don't want to get big. Now I'm going to every day, even my rest day. I do 4 weighted cardio, 2 in pool clothed with resistance pads
