I'm a first year medical student in Nigeria and I want to know everything about this exam I want to have it at the back of my mind I'll write it one day
@@DrOgbeEdward I heard from recent news that EFCMG won't allow foreign students whose National medical association isn't recognized to practice outside. Can you please confirm this
@@gabrielnathan4422they will accept you. However, programs you apply to can see that you’re a candidate from a school whose parent medical association is not accredited by the WFME. I don’t know how much this affects our chances but we’ll see. As long as your school is in WDOMS, you should be fine
thanks so much turay for watching 😇😇☺ There are available scholarships for students to study many courses, meaning your school fee will be paid sometimes in full and a person can also get monthly allowance. IF you check online you will find the one that is best for the qualification a person has.
Great content! Quick question pls, about the visa, how does the J1 visa waiver work. I read the 2 years return policy. Can you please touch on it? And how serious is the interview process, will you be considered if you don’t have any family members in your home country? As per proof that you will return home, is that a thing?
First one of the major reasons why an American visa will not be approved for a non immigrant visa is ties to home country. So it’s very important to show signs of ties to home country. The J1 waiver is 2 years after your residency training . You work in an underserved community after which you can apply for a green card. Or go back to home country.

where did you translate your diploma for ecfmg
For those who finished in Ukraine I think no need to translate your diploma if it’s already in English and Russian . Hope I answered ?
