The most challenging part is the door handle trim, everything else is straight forward. Same method applies to all doors. The front driver side will have more screws than the others. Hope this helps you.

I used 5.25 inch speakers. I believe the bracket is a different part number between the 5.25" and 6.5" speakers. The opening in the door is definitely big enough for 6.5 but you'd probably have to modify your bracket to fit them if it didn't come with them from factory.
