In 2008 the USA completed a 123 in the male 400m event when the bronze winning american dived by the Bahamian athlete who was ahead of him. If Americans suddenly have a problem with falling across the line, it's because they were the losers

Yes Christine is a legend during her time literally breasted the tape to win back to back an Olympic Gold and silver and 2 World championship Gold medals. She is undoubtedly Britain's greatest Sprinter (male or female) and one of the most intelligent sprinters in the way she paces her race and powers home from the back to win in the most difficult and demanding of all the sprints. Her lovely quiet and humble personality hides the fierce and determined competitor that she really was. She retired when the ovation was loudest and fix not fade away into obscurity so kudos to her achievements as Olympic and World Champion, her legacy will outlive her. Some other athletes would stay on long after the height of their glory has died to the point that they will be remembered more for their failures than the one or two medals they won at the peak of success and fame.

Wasn’t you the same people who celebrated his victory calling it courages. Prandini also dived at the US trials costing Allison not to be able to compete in the 200m. Nothing said yet again. So your opinion means nothing at this point because if it was courages in the past when the US got a medal don’t be salty when they loose one the same way. That fall is a NO for me. She was about to lose. I'm sorry. I don't discredit any of her wins after this but they fall or "dive" should have been a dq

Diving is CHEATING … it defeats the whole purpose of figuring out who’s the faster runner … it’s crazy how it’s legal … it doesn’t demonstrate speed in running
I think Alyson would’ve won that tbh … she was ahead

You said you think Allison would have won, so that means you're not sure. The sure thing is, Shaunae did not break any rules so get over it, she's won another Olympic gold since then and you're still crying. Wow. Lmao.
