Hi Mathias, Ran a flying 30m pb on Saturday. Fastest since 2008. I turned 58 that day. Your videos and covid struggle has helped me stay on track with training. The most consistent I've been in 10yrs. So Thanks and Good luck in your opener.
@@hovejoha I'm curious on how tall you are because I am a short sprinter I'm 5'4 and most short sprinter are like 5'8 I am just what to know if you are roughfly my height to see if their anything I can take out from someone who runs fast and has the similar height like techniques
I love running 200m indoor. I feel like, as a shorter guy, I can take more advantage of the curve, and it in general feels a little shorter :) My indoor PB is only 0.10 seconds slower than my outdoor one.
just been Real wit you i myself Is a Sprinter today my PB 10.20 / 10.15 200m 20.22 This cam by focusing on my errors and Staying relaxed as EXTENDED my stride Length been Explosive out the blocks
the only way to exceed past your 10.66 mark or 10.5 mark is to focus on whats making u hit these times meaning your errors build from there Doing all this intense training means nothing if your times dont show from your hardwork
hello, I'm interested in the question about your training, what blocks do you follow in the preparatory period, and what should be done before the competition in about 10 days
They might help a little, but I also save them for my highest intensity runs. I change up my spikes in training to get a feel for each of them, and to get a bit of a different stimuli. Also nice to get used to each of them so I know which I want to use in competition.
You need to work on staying more Relaxed With shoulders and Arms And Not Swaying ur arms across the body Another thing the reason you hit an plateau is because you not giving your body proper recovery plus your not Woking on your errors which is your form and staying relaxed and Open your stride a lil more
Thanks for watching!

I thought I was the only one that talked about and used the slingshotting method... Good to hear its a proper technique.
Keep up the consistency and you’ll make it Mathias 👍🏽
Been making significant progress on my indoor 200 so far- this is the advice I’ve been looking for to keep that going!

Sir make a video on block start training step by step for beginners
Your sprint is very good 👍
Keep going, good content bro :)
Give me 60 push-ups .... on your knuckles... is that understood? YES SENSEI #cobrakai
What type of fall workouts do you do.....like runners who don't play soccer or football?

warm-up shoes?
So what are some of the best exercises
to increase spees?
Your videos are very good 👏👏👏👏
Glad you like them!
How do you measure exact time of fly 30s. Can you please tell me.
I want to join for 200m outdoor.can you help me?
You always seem to go faster in your maxflys, why do you switch up your spikes in practice?
They might help a little, but I also save them for my highest intensity runs.

Why do you start the time from first-foot contact?
Just curious.
That way It's easy to get the same training-timing every run, every year.
